Excellent!! Fast and responsive. Took care of issue with 19 gran sport 3lt very quickly and professionally. Highly recommend service and parts department.

Curtis and Diana purchase a 2020 kia Sorento from lbj Nashville NC on April 8th, salesman was James Cook and he was very professional and very helpful with getting us a vehicle n our situation. Do not buy a Used Car from this Dealership!

I bought a used car from LBJ 20 days ago (2014 Nissan Sentra). The tire pressure light was on when I purchased the vehicle, and was told (and the paperwork shows) that they replaced a tire sensor and the light would go out after driving 50 miles. This did not happen. Then eight (8) days later, my front driver tire blew. I called LBJ and was told that they "believe" they replaced the rear tire sensor, not the front. I had to replace the tire and requested an appointment. Of course, the light was still on after driving on the replaced tire 50 miles. At the appointment, I was told that they hooked up their machine and checked , but found no issues. They recommended that I take the car to Nissan. Now, I have no warranty with Nissan (implied or otherwise), so I am basically screwed. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from LBJ (New and definitely no used). Buyer beware!
