When we arrived told the service representative that we

When we arrived told the service representative that we wanted oil change and tire balance and rotation. The cost of this has been $130-$140. Today was told it would $230. No way this cost increased that much in 3 months. Looking at my old receipt the only difference was cost of tire service and $25 difference in labor. We only received oil change service this time and was $94. The math ain't mathing. Plus the last two times the valve stem caps have been left off passenger side tires and was probably the cause of my tire sensors triggering. I also called the Greenway location in Franklin and the same service was quoted at $160. Need to get on the same page if you are going to use the same company name. This is more aggravating than anything else.

Amy was very nice and kept me updated on my car.

Amy was very nice and kept me updated on my car. Service was reasonably fast which was nice. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 was the car was returned with grease on the handles (white leather) and the seat was adjust way out and tilted back like I was going to take a nap. Techs need to be careful especially when they have grease and sitting their hands. When I say grease and dirt it was A LOT. They did come out and clean it off, but it should never happen. I love my telluride but KIA over all has a way to go to match the service other dealers have. The other customer agents were being curt with clients and or just ignoring them looking at their cell phone.

It was ok till I picked up car No one could tell me why

It was ok till I picked up car No one could tell me why I had a silver key with hyndia on it n why I was given a key that does absolutely nothing in my car. The man that waited on me said he didn't know anything about the silver but brought my car up to me with the silver key. He needs more training. Could have provided another key in case of loss of the other key.

They have hard add one that they do not disclose fully.

They have hard add one that they do not disclose fully. Finance will not do you right. Beware and ask a lot of questions. The care package on cars are no refundable and don’t transfer!

I purchased a Kia Sedona from here.

I purchased a Kia Sedona from here. It was actually on the lot at the Rivergate location but they went and brought to the Antioch store for me. The entire experience from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot in my new van was AMAZING!!! Great people here that take the time to provide good customer service which is rare to find these days. Highly recommend Greenway Kia at Hickory Hollow. Thank you to Daniel, Yordy, and Jaz. Bought a used car.

Bought a used car. Zion was helpful in determining a reasonable price for my car. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I came in the middle of a Friday, so the wait time in between other customers was about 3 hours, but the interactions themselves were quite expedient and straightforward.
