Top notch sales and service

We purchased a 2023 Sportage Hybrid EX 3 months ago. We are enjoying the car very much. Lana in Service has taken such good care of us. We had a dash light come on after having the car for two weeks (false alarm). She got that researched for us. Then we discovered the LED interior lighting that was supposed to be factory installed was not on the car. She got that ordered and installation will be scheduled. And, she just got us through our first oil change. She has addressed all of our varied needs in an efficient and timely manner.

Top notch sales and service

We purchased a 2023 Sportage Hybrid EX 3 months ago. We are enjoying the car very much. Lana in Service has taken such good care of us. My services at Greenway Kia Antioch was great, my two favorite people are Ronnie, my salesman and Lana, my PERSONAL service rep, she is a jewel, always so helpful, she works with me to give me an appointment that works with my schedule, she makes me feel like I'm her only customer, give me good advice concerning my Sorento, I pray Greenway Kia keeps Lana and Ronnie forever, they both are an asset to the company Thanks Ronnie, I still like my car, Thanks Lana for taking care of my needs on my car.

Best service experience considering the increased sales

Best service experience considering the increased sales of Kia vehicles. Had to wait nearly 2 full weeks to get my car in the service department; replaced a tire that was blown due to the result of a shank of steel about 1/2” wide and 1/4” thickness piercing my tire in street construction zone where streets were being stripped up for preparation of new pavement. The pieces that inflicted my tire could be the result of debris from a car crash which are found on the road all the time where accident detail was left by tow truck operator or police on the scene. Have had to replace two new tires in the past 5 years due to road construction and traffic accident debris.Kia Service did schedule me in as quick as they could. When signing on my car at time of purchase I was so happy I got Road Hazard Plus Warranty that is good for the life o. It covers tires, wheels, dent pop-outs, broken windows. Never saw such warranty coverage from a road hazard that is good for the life of the car but is not limited to the tires that came with the vehicle. When additional tires are purchased will not need to buy a new contract. Unbelievable as is the service writer, Kenneth who added to the experience by offering to update a recall on my vehicle. I could not have been treated any better any where else. Everyone at the dealership was asking me at different times how I was doing and were so cordial. This is an award winning dealership at Hickory Hollow in every capacity. Would never go anywhere else for a new vehicle, although may be a pretty good while to pay this vehicle off. My wife is wanting another vehicle. She drives a 2007 Nissan Versa. “ I really want to see her in a Kia!”! (From Greenway Kia of hickory Hollow)

Marc and the technician completed the service in a timely

Marc and the technician completed the service in a timely manner while I waited and even identified a problem with the 12V battery. They proactively ordered another under a warranty claim and installed an AGM battery that should last longer in my electric vehicle in time for my road trip in 3 days. The electric vehicle tech knows how to service my EV6. Excellent service all around.

Unreachable Service Department

The service department is basically unreachable. They don’t ever answer the phone and you end up getting transferred to the sales department that’s in a completely different building and has no ability to provide service updates. Left a message for the service department manager to get an update on my vehicles service after no correspondence for a week, never received a return phone call. Left several messages and had several people send my information to the service department to get an update on my vehicle. Took many days and many phone calls to ever hear back, to the point where I contemplated going to talk to them in person just to get an update!!

What an extremely positive sales experience I had working with Shimal Bunki, once again, to purchase my second Telluride (SX Prestige & X-Line ) in less than a year from Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow!
