Looked at their Blafk F450 for sale 2017 in good shape. Absolutely near enough as to make no difference bald tires dont let them lie to you otherwise. Still no wiggle room. Quoted me the OTD price which changed, never really broke the numbers down as to how they got where they did. Every financing app I used said one price but there's was 100 dollars more. First quoted 15% (mid 700 credit score, 6 figure income I might add) second was 11.5%. Presented the 15% like it was a gift. Thats $27k over the life of the loan bud. Only the uneducated would take that. Kyler(sp?) was nice, after applying for financing the 2 to 3 hours between texts was annoying. Didn't really feel valued and when my requests to help make the deal were met with " we can find a cheaper truck". Buddy I can buy the truck, I just refuse to overspend on a 9year old truck. What started off as a good price quickly factored into 9 11k in TTL (Texas), travel, Tires and who knows what else. Never gone from so excited to so disappointed

I found a used Nissan Frontier on their website and it looked to be a pretty good deal so I went there immediately to take a look. They sent a sales rep over to me that instantly gave bad vibes, she looked like she was agitated already. Before letting me ask any questions she asked for my license and insurance for the test drive, which I wasn't even sure was going to happen. I'd been inside the dealership for about 4 minutes. I got her to bring the truck around front, I asked a few questions that she had zero answers for, all she kept repeating was "we only know what's on the carfax." I asked her twice if she could get me information on the service they had done on it and if anything noteworthy was found such as their notes on the engine, transmission, fluids etc. Again, I got the carfax response. Since I was paying cash for the truck I wanted to know if there was someone I could speak to about the listed price since it was an "as is" vehicle with no warranty. This is where everything went sideways. Her attitude hit rock bottom and she got very defensive telling us that their policy was no negotiations and she was not going to lower the price. I asked twice if there was someone else I could speak to, reluctantly she went to get a "lead" with whom she spoke with for several minutes before they both came out. She then sat right next to me like I was in trouble while I spoke with the "lead". I explained that we had in fact purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, one of which was used and we had in fact negotiated the price of it (I have the emails). He informed me that we could not have purchased 3 vehicles from them since they had only been open since 2019. My first new Rogue was a 2018, my 2nd new Rogue was 2021 and I purchased a used Ford Escape for my son 2020, but according to the "lead" I had not purchased any of these there. The level of disrespect and absurd behavior had only gotten worse over the years with this dealership. They hire young people that don't have any understanding of professionalism and respect for the customers. This is NOT about the price of the truck. Honestly, the price was fair, but who doesn't try to save a bit of cash to cover additional warranty or TTT costs. It was the attitude from that disrespectful girl, the eyeroll as the end was the straw. I left and went a few hundred yards down the road to Jim Norton Ford, I'm pretty sure I'll be buying a truck from them. I will never again refer someone to Nelson Nissan, they certainly did make a believer out of me.

This is the worst dealership by far ive ever dealt with they completely took advantage of my 80 year old mother by recommended her a 2017 Nissan Sentra which is well known to be a problematic car one of the biggest problems with it is the cvt transmission which is exactly what went out on it and nelson Nissan told us it wasn't covered by the recall and that it would be $7,000 for a new transmission the whole car isn't even worth 5 thousand so we have been paying on a car we can't even drive for the last 6 months I've contacted nelson Nissan twice and they dont reply so expect this if u buy a from them

Never thought I would leave Nelson a bad review but here we are! Over the last 20 years we have bought 5 brand new cars from them. But the last one we bought in 2022 we have had nothing but bad experiences with them. When we bought it we did not get a demo or detail of the brand new car. Still had stickers and plastic we had to deal with. But we gave grace and continued to use them since our warranty we purchased was through them. But this last experience was the last straw. I made it clear to the tech when I dropped it off that we had a bad experience last time and that is why we do not bring it in. The last time they had it for 2 weeks, put 248 miles on it and was clearly used for personal use. It had 3 phone chargers in the front and back seats. So I let her know I did not want it used in that manner. I also informed her that my husband had just been diagnosed with cancer and that if the issues were not covered under the warranty that we could not do them. After they had my car 5 days she said they could not hear the popping noise it was making so I had to go drive it for her to show her and before even getting a block away it did it 4 times.. Then 3 days later she informed me nothing would be covered by the warranty and was charging me for diagnostics fees and the loaner car for a week. I went to pick it up and pay the charges I clearly told her I could not afford, only to get my car back with 78 miles driven while they had it, a joy ride to McDonalds (found the receipt crumbled in the passenger floorboard), 29 miles of fuel left until empty when I dropped it off it had 144. It smelled like a greasy mechanic and was filthy and has stains on the headliner. I am contacting the warranty company to see if taking it else where is an option for work as Nelson Nissan has lost my trust and my business! I am VERY disappointed! Their solution has been to send me a $25 check for fuel.

Bought a car from them in 2021 and will buy another in the future when I'm ready. But they are the only ones I trust with the purchase of a used mustang. They put a lot of work into their cars.
