I am on my second vehicle from this dealership. If I didn't love the Rouge so much I would have chosen a different dealer for my 2nd car. 1st car experience... was not the greatest. Horrible service on getting repairs from literally day one. I was told to bring my car in and then they didn't have an appointment for me. Went back, got a loaner car that had a flat the next day, Came to get my car and they couldn't find it. Was told that they were going to wash it and fill the gas tank and that never happened. This car (current one) I am having an issue with my driver side window. Trying to schedule an appointment and can't seem to get a response. If it wasn't under warranty I would just go somewhere else. My next car will not be from Nelson.

Probably the best buying experience that I have ever had with a dealership
I contacted the dealership asking about a used car. 24 hours later they get back to me. They quote me one price when the price over the phone, when the... price on the windshield is cheaper. I repeatedly ask them what’s wrong with the car. They never will tell me, all they say is come in, so they can give u their sales pitch. What happens to honest sales.
I'm very sorry that you feel the way you do. Unfortunately when you first reached out to us we were closed. All dealerships are closed on Sundays in O...klahoma. As mentioned in our previous discussion, we are more than happy to allow you to take this As-Is car to a shop of your choosing for an independent inspection. The price you saw on the windshield is still valid, as mentioned as well. We would really like to try and help you.
I purchased a new Nissan Rogue at this dealership in 2008. I just sold it today. Tomorrow I am going back to Nelson to test drive a 2019 Nissan Kicks.... Danny and the sales team were awesome and didn’t come across like a “car salesman”. I’ve loved that car and the mostly excellent service I’ve received for over 10 years. So much do, I’m buying another new car from them this weekend.

Bought the car there. It needed service after 8 months. They set up appt - had us come on Sat- they don’t have service techs on Sat. Finally get in... a 2nd time - loaner car wasn’t available. The quality of service isn’t what it should be.

Slow service - over 2 hours for an oil change; have to wait more than three weeks to get my A/C looked at because there’s no technician available. Drive... into the bay, four people saw me, looked at me and no one greeted me or said a word to me.
