Great place to buy a vehicle.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Love that I know I'm getting their best price without me having to spend all day haggling back and forth. I knew it was a good deal already because I researched this car on the internet before reaching out. Friendly staff and very helpful, great way to buy a car!

Paid for a part to be overnight shipping.

Paid for a part to be overnight shipping. Rob Richmond waited to late in the day to get it shipped out so I paid extra for him to screw me. The part will now not be here in the time I needed and he refused to refund me my money I paid for over night shipping. Stay away from this place. No one will even return my calls or take my call.

Be sure you are checking the online history of the price

Be sure you are checking the online history of the price before you buy from Nelson. I intended to buy a used truck listed on Cars.com. The listing history shows it’s been on the lot for 28 days, but also shows the price was raised over a $1000. We offer to purchase, but obviously wanted to pay the original price $39995, not the new $40999. The salesman advised it’s a no haggle price and they adjust prices based on the market. Certainly didn’t do anything to earn my trust or business. No negotiations seem like less stress, but make sure you are not overpaying. I don’t trust them, and don’t feel like they tried at all to make the sale happen.

Had an appointment with David to test drive a Ram Truck.

Had an appointment with David to test drive a Ram Truck. Cars.com shows truck was listed at 39k and a month later 41K. Strange. First off, hated the dealership itself. Parking and construction nightmare. inside is very chaotic. I decided to purchase the truck. I told them about the price change and asked for them to honor the original price they expected to get. They said flat out refused and stated they are a no haggle dealer. Well there was no sign of that anywhere online or in person when we drove the truck. Im fine with no haggle, but what customer wants to know they are paying high retail plus over a thousand more than the price was for a 4 year old truck with 65K miles. They said prices change according to market and gave me a scripted speech about how great they are. What a crock. It was the way they handled it that makes you feel ripped off. Also, no commission sales felt like the sales person isn't working to make a sale. The salesman seemed not very experienced. It's take it or leave it, next sucker. I walked out.

They charged $601 for a car battery and charged a

They charged $601 for a car battery and charged a whopping $169 to plug it in to see what was wrong. First of all when a customer tells a mechanic they had to jump start the car 3 times in 2 weeks common sense would be to put a volt meter on battery and check alternator. You don’t need to plug it in for common sense mechanic work. Next let’s say they like to gouge and just stick it to every customer with that bogus charge the total was still $601 with tax!! So let’s take tax off and that insane $169 fee that’s still $389 for a battery!!!! Come on !! It wasn’t enough to gouge the $169 but $389 on top of that for a BATTERY!!!

Bought a $54000 vehicle.

Bought a $54000 vehicle. Trim piece fell off during shipping. I took months to get another which fell off again. Still waiting for it to be replaced. Faulty seat belt. The first time I told them about it (at my first service) they dismissed us and said nothing was wrong. When I took it in for the second service I showed them the little elastic piece that was broken that keeps the seat belt from becoming stuck down in the seat when you try to fasten it. Supposedly they ordered a new seat cover which the piece is attached to. It has been over a month and still waiting. Had a leak when it rains hard. They couldn’t find the leak. Had the car over a year and it has never been complete. It would be nice to talk directly to the person working on the car.
