Chris Nikel Chrysler Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Truck is the Tulsa area's Premier Chrysler Dealer. Established in 1973 offering a fine selection of European Sports Cars. Soon the Autohaus added Renault at 3717 South Memorial. That relationship opened the doors with AMC Eagle and then Jeep in 1989. In 1991 Chris Nikel moved to 11th and Lewis. For 16 years the Autohaus sold new Chryslers Jeeps Plymouths and a fantastic selection of program vehicles at the Chrysler Corner. In 2005 we moved to the current location and offer the best selection of New Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Trucks and FIAT in Green Country!

I have had most all of the service work done on the Chrysler 2018 Pacifica I own. I have continued to have serving performed as the group has always been helpful and have keep the vehicle current on all factory notices. Love this car, as well as the previous Town and Country's I have owned. Keep up the good work. Ron S.

My experience at Chris nickel was very welcoming.

My experience at Chris nickel was very welcoming. I was helped in the service area by Abel. He was very knowledgeable very friendly and made me very comfortable with leaving my car and knowing that it would be taking care of Properly. The actual service is so was very speedy and I am satisfied with everything that was done and he made sure that when I drove off, I was safe and ready to go! Great experience definitely Recommend all my friends and family

Excellent service! Philip is courteous and kind. Provided a suggested maintenance schedule on my 2015 Grand Cherokee with 100K miles. Hope to drive for many years to come with support from the experienced service department. Good job, Philip. See you next time!

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the Chris

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the Chris Nikel parts department. My visit to the parts department was extremely disappointing. I needed a code to program my vehicle, and despite providing my passport as identification, the staff informed me that it wouldn't work. Throughout the process, I felt that I was being needlessly sent back and forth to my vehicle to gather items. After finally obtaining everything they requested, I was then told that the matter would need to be taken to the manager. The overall treatment I received led me to feel deeply uncomfortable, and I couldn't help but suspect that I was being discriminated against due to my race. It's disheartening to think that such attitudes still persist in this day and age, and the experience left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I sincerely hope that the Chris Nikel parts department takes steps to address issues of customer service and sensitivity to diversity, as no one should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced. I haven’t felt this way in a long time

I ORDERED 2 NEW KEY BOBS AN TOLD WOULD TAKE 30 MINUTET TO

I ORDERED 2 NEW KEY BOBS AN TOLD WOULD TAKE 30 MINUTET TO PROGRAM KEYS And i was first in line it took one hour 45 min before my truck was ready. just thought i would let the public know sgt. e mcclaflin d.o.d. retired.

Outstanding!

Outstanding! I'm not necessarily a new customer but one returning after being gone to long. My old dealership sold out and thus I started looking. I decided to try CN again for service. If course it would be great to say zero hiccups happened, but that is not real life. I line to see how someone handles things when and if they happen. I'm am extremely pleased with the professional way everything was done. If I was forced to give a area of opportunity it would be communication. I think that is always a area that needs more attention. That said I have zero complaints. They will be getting my business in the future and I also will personally recommend them. Side note I hold a ASE certificate and was watching closely how my service and warranty work was done.

Rude and lie.

Rude and lie. 829 credit score gets you super high rates here. They even lie to you about what your score is. Do not give them your drivers license to test drive. They will run your credit without your permission.

Kayla the best

Kayla came to my car told me her name and ask what she could do for me today I told her she told me how long it would take and ask me if I was going to wait there and showed me where the waiting room was and there was coffee and water she kept me updated on my car came got me when it was done walked me to my car and told me to have a nice day very professional she was great
