About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since May 2009.
Chris Nikel Chrysler Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Truck is the Tulsa area's Premier Chrysler Dealer. Established in 1973 offering a fine selection of European Sports Cars. Soon the Autohaus added Renault at 3717 South Memorial. That relationship opened the doors with AMC Eagle and then Jeep in 1989. In 1991 Chris Nikel moved to 11th and Lewis. For 16 years the Autohaus sold new Chryslers Jeeps Plymouths and a fantastic selection of program vehicles at the Chrysler Corner. In 2005 we moved to the current location and offer the best selection of New Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Trucks and FIAT in Green Country!

Bad experience.

Bad experience. Heater was not working good after snow storm. Took it in to get radiator flushed and was told needed heater core replaced for $4000.00 and that they wouldn't flush it. I declined and was charged $240 for diagnosis fee. Took it home and things started working again after the thaw. Tried to get my money back for a wrong diagnosis and was told it was clogged when they checked it and refused to refund any money. Sorry customer service. Not sure who manager was as I only talked to writer. He talked to the manager for me. I wont be going back. Oh yea, the glove box was sitting on my floorboard.

I am writing this to warn other customers to audit their receipts and inspect their repairs at Chris Nikel. I waited 7 months for a parking brake repair on my 2019 Challenger Scat Pack. When I finally brought it in: Financial "Error": I had a receipt proving I paid a $304.92 deposit. Their service advisor insisted I only paid $281 and calculated my final bill based on that lower number. I had to audit my own records to prove they were under-crediting my money. They effectively "lost" my funds and tried to charge me the difference. Wrong/Unsafe Part: I authorized a salvage replacement for an OEM part. Instead, they installed a completely different mechanism (Push-to-Release vs. Handle-Release). On a manual transmission car, this forces you to put the car in neutral/disengage the clutch to set the brake, which is a safety and drivability downgrade compared to the stock handle. I provided proof of the accounting error and the improper part to the Service Director and the GM. I requested a refund for the failed transaction. They chose to ignore the evidence. Do not trust their bookkeeping, and do not trust them to verify the parts they are installing.

As it pertains to the service department - I brought my

As it pertains to the service department - I brought my wife's car in to get looked at. I requested they found out what was causing a noise we were hearing. That was all we requested. They gave us a number of other things they'd like to fix, some of it was necessary and I took care of it, but I did not request this service. They told me the noise we were hearing was because of a bent wheel. I thought this was odd because the noise wouldn't really make me think bent well, but I figured they're the professionals. They quoted me $1300 just to replace the one singular wheel. I said absolutely not and left. I got the wheel fixed elsewhere. The noise persisted. We were charged $240 for the noise diagnoses, an they were wrong. This resulted in me having to go to another mechanic who got it right and fixed it. I called Chris Nikel on 12/15/25 and spoke with management. I don't remember exactly who it was. But he agreed that it would be frustrating to bring my vehicle in and be charged and not receive what I asked for. He told me he would call me back by the end of the day to "make it right" and he did not. The employees I spoke to while there were all kind and helpful. But being charged $240 for an incorrect diagnosis was crazy. I could have had a bent wheel diagnosed by discount tire for free. I brought it here because I expected them to have Jeep parts on hand and have more knowledge as it pertains to their own vehicles. I won't be back.

Drove 1.

Drove 1.5 hour at the direction of Jessica sales rep. Was selling my 2022 Jeep Gladiator (fully loaded lifted, low mileage, 37 in tires and Diesel) she knew all the details. Was not accepting $34000 or less. She said they would work with us. Got to Dealership was offered $34000 no more. I’m xxxxxx. Spoke to manager, no help. Don’t go to this place, go elsewhere. Not trustworthy.
