Bargain in bad faith
On 6/14/21 I negotiated a deal for a new Traverse after 6 hours of negotiating with salesman Alex we reached a deal. Keeping in mind Alex was conversing with his manager Jason Martin the entire time. I said we have a deal . I was Then told there had been a appointment made with another buyer to look at this vehicle. The vehicle was due to arrive on or about the 24th . Jason then took the phone from Alex and said they could not make the deal. My response was for 6 hours you have negotiated in bad faith . MARTIN SAID YES WE HAVE . I received a call today from Alex wanting my business on a model that is more expensive. BUYERS BEWARE THIS LOCAL DEALERSHIP IS LACKING INTEGRITY FAIRNESS AND HONesty

The best car buying experience
I was impressed with everything about this dealership, it was clean and the atmosphere was so welcoming. I stopped by not expecting to get a car, but just wanting to look. Ricardo was very helpful and polite, not pushy at all. The manager was also great. Ricardo found me the car I had actually been looking into and was able to answer all of my questions and explain them in terms that I could understand. It can be a little intimidating for a woman to go into a dealership by herself but they made it virtually painless and such a good experience. They did all they could to get me the best deal that I could not have gotten anywhere else. They even filled the gas tank up before I left. I highly recommend this dealership and I'm in love with my new car!!
