Bill was very nice and informed me on my 60,000 mile

Bill was very nice and informed me on my 60,000 mile service which was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the military discount very much. It's always nice talking to a fellow soldier (ARMY). Vanessa scheduled the appointment for me and provided me with a loaner that I am very thankful for. She is wonderful to work with. Dallas always keeps me laughing and I still appreciate everything you done when I bought my XC90 T6 Inscription in May 2023 with you being the salesperson.

My first Volvo S60 at this dealership in 2001.

My first Volvo S60 at this dealership in 2001. I bought my second Volvo from Chris Sellers in 2021. That’s how great Volvos are. I was recently at the dealership to get my annual Maintenance. The service staff listen to my request and did a great job for me. I even met the owner for the first time. Great experience!

Volvo Cars Of Winston-Salem has always taken care of the

Volvo Cars Of Winston-Salem has always taken care of the 2016 XC 60 I bought from them. Yesterday was no exception. When a strange joke began to occur on my car Tuesday, in spite of it first being told they were already booked and had no loaner cars they finally Told me if I could be there early and was able to get the car there Wednesday, they would see what was wrong. And not only did they get me in, they got the problem, diagnosed quickly, had the parts in stock, and had me out of there quickly even gave me a discount! Getting your car serviced at a dealership may be somewhat more costly, but it’s worth the peace of mind, knowing that the job will be done right.

Todd was professional as always. The auto butler and interior cleaning has the black metallic paint on the 2020 XC90 T6 Inscription sparkling. I appreciate the loaner vehicles very much. It's nice seeing him and Vanessa.

Was sold a car with defect in the windshield.

Was sold a car with defect in the windshield. Was assured the this would be fixed after the purchase. When it came time to honor this I was told it could not be repaired and they would not replace it. Despite conversations with general manager, Volvo Cars of the Triad failed to make good on their word. Beware of shady business practices. Will not be buying from this dealership again.

Dealership was nice.

Dealership was nice. Only disappointment: the brake light on spoiler has several LED lights out and that was missed in inspection. Shame on you and shame on me. We should have checked that even though the dealership had supposedly checked off that all lights, lamps, etc were working. That’s the only disappointment. We texted Dallas about this and he said to contact service department. That’s it. We will drive without all LED lights on spoiler working for a while, because we’d need to replace entire spoiler to correct this. Only disappointment.
