While in Winston-Salem in a family medical emergency from Metro Atlanta, we had a “Check Engine” light illuminate in our 2013 Subaru Outback.. The Winston-Salem Subaru Dealer offered to let us park our car in their lot until they could check it out in 7 -10 days. Capital Subaru immediately offered to diagnose our problem. In less than 30 minutes our service manager told us that we had a bad Catalytic Converter. We authorized repair and added an oil change service to the job. In less than 4 hours, all work was complete. Our 2013 Subaru has 120,000+ miles. We are in Winston-Salem frequently and will always try to schedule our routine maintenance at Capital Subaru.

Subaru Recall for my 2016 Crosstrek
I received a letter from Subaru about. Recall for my brake light. I called made an appointment, went to dealership was greeted by Tyrone Williams. I asked about another concern about my brake he had the technician check that out & complete the recall brake light & do a courtesy multipoint inspection all while I waited in customer lounge. Great work Guys!

Service center mistake causing huge inconvenience
brought outback for recall weeks ago. was told need to order a part to fix. made appt last wk and called to ensure part was there. told it was. dropped off and called later to learn part was not there. so annoying and very inconvenient. i was warmed that this location was poor. will go to burlingtong going forward.

Quicker than estimated time.
I went in for a recall fix. They estimated the time for them to fix the issue was one hour. It only took them roughly twenty minutes. I was in and out in no time. Very nice and pleasant to work with.
