My review speaks for itself.

I went in for an oil change to Marc Miller. Everything was good. No issues, but within 3 or 4 days my AC was not working properly so I took it to another mechanic who said there was a hose connection that was loose. The other mechanic tightened the hose and recharged the ac and it was working fine. Approximately 3 months later I went back to Marc Miller to get another oil change. I waited for about an hour when the Service Advisor came out and said they were nearly through with my car. I then waited for another hour when the guy came back out and told me they had a problem with the lift rack or something and that they did not even start working on my car and that it would be awhile. So I have to wonder why he lied to me about it being almost ready? At any rate I had already decided I needed to go elsewhere to get my oil change. I left there and after a couple days I notice my ac was not working right again. I took it to another mechanic who tightened the hose back up once again and recharged it and now it’s working fine. This is my last trip to Marc Miller. Thank you.

encore 2022

This is an amazing dealership. However the car is a straight up lemon. Had 2 parts replaced before 6000 miles. Car kept messing up still, they found a hole in the roof. Even the usb port wasnt attached properly. I had someone break the back window 9 weeks ago and STILL trying to find the right glass. So DO NOT BUY a Buick encore 2022. I should have kept my 2017
