    Buying a car from Farris Motor Co was a pleasant experience. Of all the new and used vehicles that we have purchased in my lifetime I must say that this,... by far, was the most enjoyable. Matt Owens, salesman, is a pleasant young man who is professional, caring, and honest. We also enjoyed meeting and talking with Jamie. I feel like we have made two new friends and look forward to working with them in the future.

    I bought a 2017 Ram truck. Chase was the salesman. He was extremely nice and polite. He had only been at this dealership a week or so. If he didn't know... the answer to my question he was quick about finding the answer. I left the first time without buying and there was no pressure to try and keep me on the lot. I came back 2 days later. Chase was once again very polite. Negotiations were easy going and quick. I always felt at ease while at this dealership.

    After hearing the "FOOOOOR THE PEOPLE" phrase on my radio many times and hearing about the purchase programs they offer, I decided to look them up online... and was very impressed by their vehicle selection so I filled out the online application. The very next day I received a call from a sales associate and made an appointment. I arrived early so I could browse a little before being swooped down upon by a car salesman and after a few minutes of looking I was greeted by Scott Witmyer, a very nice, polite and clean cut young man who seemed to have as much time as needed to work with me. I was quite surprised at how he walked and talked with me about what I wanted, why I wanted a nice vehicle and what I needed it for. After we looked at several vehicles Scott brought me a car he thought I would like. As he presented the vehicle I was pretty much in awe as he remembered every detail of our conversation and recited each of my needs and how he thought the vehicle he suggested would fit,,, yes he actually listened and YES his suggested vehicle fit my needs and wants to aT !!! I must say that I was very VERY impressed with how Scott Witmyer and Randal Vaughn helped me purchase the most incredible vehicle I've ever driven and the entire process took less than two hours!! I really like this dealership and how they make you feel like a friend instead of a customer. I found that the claim Jason Farris makes of being the dealer "FOR THE PEOPLE" is absolutely true, handily proven by the staff!!! I recommend this dealership to anyone and EVERYONE looking to purchase a vehicle. I arrived at this dealership not wanting to exit my vehicle due to the way you are treated at most car lots,,,, heck now I want to go back and take my friends at Farris Motors lunch! People if you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle of any kind, don't cheat yourself of the most enjoyable car (or truck) buying experience in East Tennessee, go see Farris Motors and you'll be like me,,,, a smile on your face and a happy feeling inside! I just can't say enough, I've never been this happy and satisfied from buying a vehicle! Thank you Scott, Randall and all the folks at Farris Motor Company in Jefferson City!! Yall have made a friend for life!

    I bought a 2016 Dodge Dart from them, the first oil change they did they didn’t tighten the drain plug and i leaked 2 quarts of oil. Called them to tell... them and they talk to me like I’m stupid, will never go here again. THEY SUCK!!!

    We bought a 2012 Ford Edge in July and bought a warranty with it. We've been trying to get it fixed sense August. I will never buy another car from them.... They are a rip-off

    Brian was a wonderful sales person. Everyone was really nice. They made sure we got what we wanted. We left with a great vehicle. We could have asked... for better.

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car, and it’s all because of an amazing team of people who go out of their way to get you everything... you want in a car at the best deal. The unusual part is they make everything as fun, exciting and convenient as possible for the consumer, not themselves. Having not so perfect credit is always an issue when it comes to being able to get what u WANT instead of what u can qualify for. Not at Farris! They made sure I got every option I WANTED. My son was sick and we couldn’t make it to the lot to sign some papers so Jamie, the finance manager, came to us very close to our home just to help us. Matt worked on the loan all day until we settled on a great price for exactly what I wanted. Randall was great explaining every part of the financing. Last but certainly not least in any way, Brian! He was great! He was with me from waiting for me on the sidewalk when I pulled up on the lot, treating my whole family like his own making fresh coffee for my mom, getting drinks for my dad and showing my 3 year old son where the toys were so they would all be comfortable. He stayed with me during my test drive all the while pointing out all the options and conveniences that were a part of my new car. Even after the purchase, he sat with me and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss any of the bells and whistles. Brian was really great! Everyone there treated us just like family. It was a wonderful experience. And the icing on the cake is when my 3 year old son got the privilege of hitting the gong to announce the purchase of our new car! He LOVED it!!

    Zack Cody helped me get a new car. He’s pretty much the second coming of the messiah and is gonna take over the car selling industry one day. Customer... service is second to none. Zack could sell ice to an Eskimo and that’s no lie. He’s a great guy and will listen before he speaks.

    Been this Farris before and it was pleasant, but this visit with trey was much better and was treated much like family. Great salesmanship very friendly,... would recommend if you go to Farris ask for trey,

    I came into Farris Motor Company last week with the intention of buying a new Ram 1500 but I was skeptical as to whether or not I would be able to get... approved due to past credit history issues. BUT ZACK SAVED THE DAY AND I WAS APPROVED!! Zack and the rest of the team at Farris are awesome. They are very different from any other dealership I have visited. Go check them out!
