I have no confidence in the recommendations which were
I have no confidence in the recommendations which were made for additional services. I asked for a specific time table for how long the repair would take and was told days to weeks, which makes it extremely difficult to schedule a rental car. I was told the broken part was allowing oil to leak, but I've never seen oil beneath my car and I park in a garage.

There’s always a long wait.
There’s always a long wait. It takes several days to get anything done. It took five days for them to install a new alternator and battery. No one answers the phone at the service desk.

They never have a loaner to give you while other car dealerships give loaners. I have 2 friends that have a Toyota and a Mazda CR-V that get loaners and another one that has a Lexus that always gets a loaner. Then it took 5 trips to your dealer to find an oil leak after I had a new oil pan and a water pump installed. It kept leaking oil. I really can’t wait to get rid of this Jeep. And I won’t buy another one even though this is my 3rd Jeep.
