Had to take my car in for a recall and they did excellent

Had to take my car in for a recall and they did excellent work. They even surprised me with 2 new keys when I went to pick it up. Would recommend them to a friend.

Routine service was prompt.

Routine service was prompt. The service department was excellent. Frank explained what was being done and I picked up my truck 2 hours later. .

Kia took my call earlier in the day and answered

Kia took my call earlier in the day and answered questions I had by calling me back after he personally inspected the truck. I came to the dealership several hours later as I live an hour away. He was very cordial and not pushy and I have given his name to a relative. The negative would be the $799 add on for paint etc guarantee that I refused and the Doc fee is over priced. I’m pleased with the vehicle.

While my husband test drove a vehicle, I waited inside of

While my husband test drove a vehicle, I waited inside of the dealership. I made eye contact with several employees (including the receptionist, sales people walking to and from their desks, and also managers sitting behind the large glass windows at the back of the show floor). Not one person smiled at me, greeted me, or acknowledged me in any form. It was a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. Once my husband got back from his test drive, I told him about what I experienced and that I did not feel comfortable buying a car at South Pointe. We told our sales rep about the interactions I had while they were away on the test drive, and the sales rep then asked if a manager could come and speak to us. When the manager came over, he never apologized for the lack of basic decorum and courtesy, but instead told my husband “sometimes that’s just the way it is” and “god bless”. It was a bizarre and off-putting experience to say the least. We will definitely not waste time at South Pointe in the future. We did not feel welcomed or valued in any way.

We can speak directly if you’d like. We already spoke with a manager yesterday at the dealership. Since it was a used vehicle we were looking at, I am assuming it was the used vehicle manager- Shadee Eid- that we had a severely unpleasant experience interacting with. I got the oil changed, the tires rotated, and a windshield wipers replaced. The initial service was very good. The service done to my vehicle was good as well. All in all, I?m very pleased with the work they did.

I have used this service center for the last five years

I have used this service center for the last five years super knowledgeable and best in tulsa area you will find. If you dont like driving past the burbs to get work done at a reputable mechanic and want to stick close to home while getting the same level of service and care, then there is only one answer, South Poont CJD. I cannot think of the gentleman with white hair and the larger frame but he jas been there the last five yeats consistently no matter if scheduled or unplanned drop-off and he has always been knowledgeable and fair. Recently I was helped by Alejandra and they provided the same level of care I was used to at CJD. Could not be more impressed or satisfied with the service center. I can't speak to buying from them as I bought the truck else where but as far as service goes they are the top in T-Town.
