Jake Western did a tremendous job dealing with me online and then face to face when I arrived in Tulsa from Omaha. In addition to Jake….the completion of the sale and overall follow up has been exceptional. This is my third car purchase from three different dealerships and Southpointe is my new standard!!

Not to happy with service
I was asked to fill out a survey about my last service. They asked me to fill it out with all excellent s and the next oil change and tank of gas would be on them. Today I got the oil changed again. It was a long wait and I had to pay for it and the tank of gas was not done. It cost them the sale of a new truck and my continued service. If I can’t trust them to honor their word on an oil change I can’t trust them on a car deal. I’ll get the new ram at another dealership

Purchased a new car and it was fast and friendly. Service in their shop was excellent as well, they installed a new update for our cars navigation system while they changed the oil.

Fast Service, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in a bad place with diesel truck, and spongy brakes. I hope all is well when I hook up 5th wheel again.
