Avoid this store if purchasing - will add over $1000 in unwanted extras and never even install them. Very bad experiences!! Cars are delivered without detailing and frequently very dirty. Required service not accomplished. I faced over $1500 in repairs a week after the purchase and they would not repair. I had to go to a Ford dealer to stop transmission and front-end leaks. South Pointe is a sorry excuse for a CDJR store and management is lacking.

Not to happy with service
I was asked to fill out a survey about my last service. They asked me to fill it out with all excellent s and the next oil change and tank of gas would be on them. Today I got the oil changed again. It was a long wait and I had to pay for it and the tank of gas was not done. It cost them the sale of a new truck and my continued service. If I can’t trust them to honor their word on an oil change I can’t trust them on a car deal. I’ll get the new ram at another dealership

Purchased a new car and it was fast and friendly. Service in their shop was excellent as well, they installed a new update for our cars navigation system while they changed the oil.
