They sold me a 2002 Chevy S10 pickup on Friday and it

They sold me a 2002 Chevy S10 pickup on Friday and it left me on the side of Hwy 160 on Saturday! Didn’t run for 48 hours before throwing a rod! I took it and had the oil changed first thing because they told me if they run it through their service department it would cost me another $600.00. Sorry I paid them almost $3,000 for the truck and didn’t get to drive it 2 days. Of course I called them and was told you bought it “as is” which is right but you would think they would stand behind any vehicle they sell for at least one week or 100 miles?????? Guess not. The sad part is I bet I’m not the only one who has been cheated like this. Needless to say I won’t be doing any more business with such a dealership.

My experience with tarr Chevrolet was the worse ev

I bought my car paid over 5.000 for a 2013 hyundai accent .this car has been junk since day one.i brought it back because of all the problems and the cars they wanted me to take in its place unbelivable.i have spent so much money on this car .I'll never buy another from tarr chev.

No one never got it touch with me.I know it wasn't an expensive car but someone should have called me.They could have called me to tell me it was sold.I won;t ever consider this dealership in the future.

2024 Chevrolet Trax RS

Justin the salesman was awesome and definitely helped us through buying process. This was my first new vehicle and I had different priorities that needed to be met and all was carried through. Justin is an outstanding, pleasant, knowledgable and caring about the customer. Travis was also very thorough with working out the deal with us to get the Trax. They are the best. Yay Tarr Chevrolet Jefferson City, TN. 5 stars

Best Experience ever!

Met with Chase this morning to look at a 2013 Lexus. He was a pleasure to work with and so helpful. He walked me through all areas. The financial person was also very helpful. Why would you go anywhere else!!??!

We would highly recommend working a deal with this dealership. Although the process still took about three hours from test drive to drive out, we couldn't have asked for more courteous, pleasant and helpful people. Shout out specifically to our salesman, Chase. Fantastic young man! Travis, sales manager, was excellent to work with. And finally, the finance guy, Chase, was a wonderfully informative man. In all the times we've purchased vehicles, the three hours we didn't went them went by so quickly and easily. Simply cannot express how grateful we were for this experience on the 4th of July. Even enjoyed the hotdog!! Thanks for everything!

Worst Service Department Ever?

Non existent service department. You have to leave a message and they rarely if ever call you back. Made an appointment to have Mom’s brakes repaired. Had to have towed to service dept due to brake failure. Several days later they gave her an estimate of $2100 to repair. 3 1/2 weeks later still not repaired. Parts are available, so that excuse is out. Going to try and find out how much we owe for the estimate and tow it to a competent shop. Stay away from this “service” dept
