Scott Morgan was great.

Scott Morgan was great. He brought the vehicle to our home. Drove it back to dealership and started the paperwork. He is very friendly and courteous. Made us feel at ease. We would recommend doing business with Scott and Tarr Chevrolet.

DO NOT GO TO TARR CHEVROLET!

DO NOT GO TO TARR CHEVROLET!! THEY CHEATED US ON NOT 1 Yukon Denalis BUT 2!! THEY PUT THE WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID IN MY DENALI, APOLOGIZED AND DRAINED IT FOR FREE THEN LIED ABOUT IT AFTER THE FACT. THEY SOLD US OUR FAMILY VEHICLE FOR $28K (YUKON DENALI) WITH BALD TIRES, NO HEAD LIGHTS, ONSTAR (DOESN'T WORK) , BLUETOOTH (DOESN'T WORK), DVD & TV (DOESN'T WORK), SENSORS (DOESN'T WORK), A/C & HEAT IN REAR (COMPLETELY DISCONNECTED WITHOUT DISCLOSING ANY OF THIS). EVERYTHING WE WANTED IN A FAMILY VEHICLE THIS HAD BUT THEY FORGOT TO TELL US ABSOLUTELY NONE OF IT WORKS. THESE ITEMS ARE IMPARATIVE WHEN YOU HAVE KIDS, THE PURCHASE HAD PURPOSE AND THEY PLANNED IT VERY WELL TO KEEP US FROM KNOWING. VERY SLICK. THEY DID THE EXACT SAME TACTICS WITH THE OTHER VEHICLE I BOUGHT. SERVICE & BODY SHOP IS THE WORST!! THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AND NOTHING HITS WARRANTY. WHEN WE FINALLY DID GET WARRANTY TO REPLACE THE BACKEND OF THE "FAMILY DENALI" THEY TRIED TO HIT ME FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS THEY SAID WARRANTY WOULDN'T PICK UP. I WAS LIKE, "NICE TRY GUY".... BODY SHOP RUINED MY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS BY FAILING TO INSTALL THE ROOF RACKS ON CORRECTLY SO WATER HAS BEEN GETTING INSIDE FOR YEARS WITH NO SOLUTIONS. IM NOT A KAREN, NOR IS THIS VENGEFUL. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT TARR CHEVROLET IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME. I JUST DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE HAVE. THEY HAVE EMBARRASSED ME, LIED TO ME, LACKS INTEGRITY & TRUTH, LIED TO ME SO MUCH MORE, TRUE CROOKS AND MORE.. I WILL AGREE TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN IF MR. REIMBURSEME THE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE FOR BOTH OF MY VEHICLES TARR. JUST MAKE IT RIGHT. THAT'S ALL I'VE EVER ASKED. I'VE MOVED ON FROM EVERYTHING ELSE BECAUSE I HAVE A GREAT SUPPORT TEAM AROUND ME THAT SEEN THE ANXIETY AND STRESS YOU CAUSED. THE LAST TIME I PICKED MY VEHICLE UP AFTER YOU GUYS HAD IT FOR OVER A MONTH AND YOU MADE AN ABSOLUTE FOOL OUT OF ME, FOR NOTHING. BECAUSE THE "NEW GUY" DIDN'T KNOW... highly recommended if you are looking to be put in a bad

highly recommended if you are looking to be put in a bad position. Purchased a vehicle and immediately received and offer 2 months later for 9k less than it was sold for (hmm). first oil change I am told car needs brakes and a battery. (hmmmm) got brakes done had to return to service department one week later because the car began violently shaking. that was "fixed" fast forward 2 weeks back at the dealership brakes catching and causing the car to wobble. response: we guess its the caliper is sticking, xxx you mean you guess, i'm not paying for guessing I can do that myself. Now after a year I finally get an audience with the supreme leader of Tarr and after pointing out all the b.s. he offers me 12 and change which is the price it should have been sold at originally. Understand I went into the deal with no automobile debt, and I am now 10k in the hole one year later, can't even trade into a newer car because of how underwater I am, but im the a$$hole for being upset. High recommend dealing with Tarr! if you don't value your money and a competent service team. out 10k in a year (yes I am aware that prices fluctuate but not that much) and have to find a competent service department. thanks buddy!!
