I tried to edit/or delete my original comment but this site does not allow for this action. I'm writing this comment too update the situation. I was called... first thing in the morning by the management "Tyler" at Superior GMC where they we're extremely apologetic and eager to provide satisfactory customer service, and they did just that. This seems to have been a huge communication error that led to me being frustrated by what had taken place. After speaking with Tyler I'm confident that if I would have spoken to him originally this issue would have never escalated, as he is truly someone who is determined to give good customer service. I plan on buying a new truck or SUV here in the next year or two and I will attempt to buy it from Superior GMC when the time comes, this is because of them going Beyond normal customer service expectations after what originally happened.

I noticed that one of my tires was starting to split at the wall and needed replaced. The service department was able to order the replacement tires in... that morning and fit me in during my lunch hour, that very same day. The customer service experience was amazing. So much so, that I didn't have to worry about anything and was in and out extremely quickly. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here for service!!!

I spent hours on the phone trying to negotiate a price for the vehicle ( all over a $900 difference). Then once we ( we being a Salesman and his manager... and myself ) finally both agreed on a price the manager, Tyler Bravin, told the salesman( I won't put his name down because he was actually very nice) that they would not be honoring the deal that was made. I asked multiple times to speak to Tyler but kept getting told that he was too busy helping other people buying cars even though for hours that's what I thought I was trying to do. Lucky for me I record all my phone calls just for situations like this, I informed the staff that I had a recorded call that showed us agreeing to terms in hopes that maybe the confusion could be cleared up. Even with the recording they still would not honor our agreement. I will be calling the office back on Monday to try to speak to the operations manager and /or owner about this issue. I will also be contacting GMC corporate to let them know that a dealership that is license to sell their vehicles will make a deal with you and then back out with zero integrity and zero ethics; then have the nerve to call it a misunderstanding because a Salesman wasn't involved from the beginning when he made the deal. I honestly don't know if this situation can be made better that's how much of a terrible experience I have had, I can honestly say that I've never had a company back out on a deal that has been made. I am hoping that the manager who made these decisions is a "lone wolf" and does not reflect the owner or the employees work ethics.

Found the truck I wanted online. The buying process was pretty laid back and easy. The only complaint I have is how long it took for the entire process.... Everyone was really nice and friendly, just took quite a while to get all of the paperwork completed and get me out the door.

I requested info on a vehicle off of their website that was for sale they did not call me back I called the next day and they did not have any info on... the vehicle told they would call me back 5 hours later still no call I called back they said the vehicle is not for sale it's an auction vehicle could not give me a reason why or a price
