Amazing service and amazing employees my purchase was easy. Highly recommend anyone to go and purchase a vehicle. Ask for DJ he is amazing very understanding and very dedicated. Everyone there was so friendly and made sure that we was always being assisted

Had two cars delivered in two days.
Had two cars delivered in two days. Took first one back due to no having factory installed Nissan Connect. Second one unbelievably, even after I was assured it did, does not. I just don't get it.

The team at United Nissan went above and beyond to secure financing for a new car. They even got me out of an old loan. But most noteworthy, after I ran into trouble with finance, they did everything they could to secure a contract. My family and I are grateful for their work and care for their customers.

My experience was a nightmare.
My experience was a nightmare. I went to the dealership on Wednesday 19 with an appointment. When I get there they don’t have the car in that location so they must be picked up. The sales consultant said it was only half an hour. That half hour turned into eight hours. Finally, when I got home I realized the SUV doesn’t have a front camera like I asked. Now I’m stuck with a car that doesn’t make my expectations. Also the financial staff don’t offer me a gap insurance a now I can’t don’t find a company to insure my car.

Now I don’t normally give any reviews even if I truly love the service but Chris has changed that. I almost didn’t choose Nissan and my family member has been put off Nissan for some time now but Chris turn that around & I’m completely in love with my new car. I only asked for direct, to the point, knowledgeable, and to not waste either of our time. He made my purchase livable & enjoyable. & can’t forget about Kennedy in United Nissan finance.
