I swear to God if I could give this dump of a dealership -10 stars I would. These people will sell you a vehicle by any means and as soon as something... goes wrong the fake smiles and conversations stop. They do not provide all of the information needed for a customer to make the best possible purchasing decision and then act like well you should’ve known. I even had a manager by the name of Manny totally insult me personally in a manner that no person in a position of management should ever do. My entire buying experience here was a horrible nightmare and I would not refer this place to my most hated enemy. They were that bad. I had a horrible experience here before and thought maybe after a few years things would have improved but it’s worse than before. I strongly suggest that if you buy any vehicle here MAKE SURE that any discussed you get it in writing and that you are aware of EVERYTHING about the car you need to know. Ask all the questions you need to because these shady salespeople are only worried about making a sale. They could care less about what your actual needs are. It’s all about them making a sale so they can make that commission money. Obviously it’s not much because they will tell you the Pope smokes big bud and that there are purple, pink, and neon green unicorns sitting on top of a short yellow bus parked in the middle of Las Vegas Blvd and Sahara!

First let me say that this review is based not on the whole of my experience with United Nissan, but on my recent experience with two of their teammates... including Elsa Nava, the customer service manager. Recently I purchased a vehicle from United Nissan, and within just a few months experienced an investigation with the vehicle that I thought was important to bring to their attention. My initial experience when notifying the dealership was a poor one. It led me to write a very negative, yet very well deserved review. This is when Elsa became involved. She reached out to me and expressed her regret for the experience we'd previously had. She asked what they could do to make it right, and did everything in her power to try to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution. Together with another member of the United Nissan family, Elsa was able to assist my husband and I to reach a very fair solution to our situation. She and this other teammate treated us with respect and dignity, they apologized repeatedly for our prior experiences, and made it right in less than 24 hours. To Elsa and her teammate, we appreciate you more than we can express. Thank you for restoring our faith in United Nissan
The last time I purchased a car it was a pain, but United made it easy. I found my car online, set an app and bought the car.

Paul in the service department did a fabulous job! He was very up beat, helpful, kind, and just overall amazing! Paul really showed that he cared about... our issues and made if we didn't understand something he had no problem explaining it so we felt comfortable! Paul is an exceptional employee who goes above and beyond! I will say my previous experiences at this dealership has been horrible however it was very refreshing to have such great customer service! I would recommend going to Paul if ones car needs service!
I arrived for my scheduled appointment for an oil change and airbag recall, all was complete in under an hour including the complimentary car was giving... me more time in Las Vegas to get shopping done.
I love the whole experience. It was fast, it was easy and it was convenient . He didn't try to rip me off and explained the whole process. That was really... helpful because I'm a girl and don't know much about cars but he explained it to me.
