Don’t believe these fabricated lies in the reviews that

Don’t believe these fabricated lies in the reviews that they have on here. They will sale you a lemon with no remorse. They have the worst service department ever and it’s no wonder they can’t keep employees there. They commit dealership fraud claiming that they do the inspections when they really don’t and they only care about making money. Trust me when I say do not go here it will say time, stress and money.

North point Chrysler dodge jeep.

Truch was a Ram 3500. Truck would fail to run and would fail to start. It would stop running and would start back up on its own. North point Chrysler dodge charged me 849.00 labor and a 90.00 fuel pump filter. And said they fixed it. Picked up truck. Even before pulling out of the driveway. Truck stalled and cut off. The truck cut back on and ran to my home. Truck has since done the same problem as before. Contacted Dewey the service manager at north point Chrysler and said that they fixed the problem. Well the truck is still doing the same as before. Paid 1100.00 for nothing. Repeatedly contacted the service manager Dewey. To no avail to the issues with my truck.

I needed my transmission services for scheduled

I needed my transmission services for scheduled maintenance. They were super busy and only had appointments out about a month. I was told to come in the next morning and they would work me in. Upon getting there at 7:30 they seemed confused and said I had to schedule it. After I told them that I was told to come in they chatted for awhile and finally said they would do it while I waited. My advisor was Jose/Juan (apologies for now recalling) I believe and he was super friendly and helpful. I’m very happy how it turned out and no longer worried about the transmission.

2019 Ram 2500 I have 3 recalls for my truck I brought it

2019 Ram 2500 I have 3 recalls for my truck I brought it over to have them fixed. They fix 2 out of 3, and during this process I got asked if I considered replacing the engine air filter and cabin filter for around $ 250.00 being recommended. I decline this action because I can do it for a fraction of that cost $ 57.00 my self. Today I decided to have that checked and I notice a bolt missing from air filter box due to negligence. Thanks to Kristine Williams person that I contacted I have that bolt missing replaced. I hope I’m not exaggerating but I care and maintain my vehicles and I will like that the mechanics from this facility to be more responsible when they work on people cars.

Taken for a ride !

I took 2010 jeep compass in for airbag light. Curtis was very nice but said clock spring needed replacing. I thought that this being a safety issue , jeep would cover the costs but no ! Charged $1200.00 to fix and i am on fixed income. looked on sites and said clock spring cost maybe 200 dollars plus labor. This is ridiculous and i plan on contacting jeep hq. I a m 71 years old and think they took advantage of me ! BEWARE !!!

My ignition electronics were damaged and North Point

My ignition electronics were damaged and North Point Chrysler did a good job repairing them. Curtis was my service manager and he did a great job of keeping me informed about parts availability and the status of the repair. (It took several weeks to locate the parts).

Great automotive buying and service experience

Today I purchased my 2nd Ram 1500 from Brandon Issacs. The first was a 2020 Limited and today a 2022 Longhorn. Brandon is one of the hardest working automotive Salespersons that I have ever met which is why I keep coming back. Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class. I have dealt with Jessica several times and she does exactly what she says and gets it done when she promises it to be done. Great job Northpoint!!!

GREAT SERVICE

Lavon and Nate did a wonderful job! Everything was transparent and it took no longer than an hour and a half from start to finish. I drove over an hour to get there and it was worth the drive.
