I had an appointment today to get my car serviced, I had 3 things I wanted them to check out, none of which were critical but I wanted the car diagnosed so we could start fixing them based on the cost. I spoke with Superior 3 times, once when I booked the appointment, once when they called back to reschedule because they overbooked my original day (didn't bother me as I wasn't in a hurry) and once on my way in cause I was running late on account of my toddler loosing her lunch in the back seat. When I got there I was told they wouldn't even lift the hood if I didn't fork over 500+ dollars right there just for the diagnostic, before they even fixed anything I would be in the hole OVER 500 DOLLARS!! Not once did anyone mention the diagnostic fee or how absurd it was during any of the 3 conversations I had with them leading up to dropping off my car. No apology, not even an excuse just deadpan pay up or leave. This dealership is almost an hour a way from where I live, what was supposed to be a quick pit stop on a lovely day out with the family on my wife's and I's anniversary turned into a whole debacle cause now we had to drive back home with the car that was supposed to be left at the dealership getting looked at. I've taken my Nissan to the Nissan dealership in bentonville several times and you know how much they charge for a diagnostic? Zero. Nothing. It's free. This whole experience didn't just turn me off from Superior but from Ford all together. I highly reccomend you steer wide of this dealership, they obviously don't stand behind their product and use shady tactics to get you in the door.

BUYER BEWARE.... Took our truck in for diagnostics- they had it for three days and never touched it. Brought it back the next week. On DAY6 we get a call. $9,500 worth of repairs is what they said. This included items that were literally just replaced or changed in the last month- this is a scam. Thankfully my husband is mechanically inclined and generally does all his own repairs. This is exactly why!! The one time he thinks about paying for a repair and they tried to rip us off- you didn't get us- but now I worry a single broke parent is going to get screwed over! Boo!! Shame on you!!!

Tried to buy two trucks today. They told me unless I financed through ford they would have to charge me an extra $4k. No where was this policy advertised. Seemed to be made up just today to maximize profits. Not good business practice

SUPERIOR is a good one-word description of this Service Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures. Please keep in mind, I have been disappointed all too often. I manage a fleet of vehicles about 40 miles away from Siloam Springs. We have two Ford dealers located much closer, but they lack the simple technique of "taking care of the customer". I was impressed with the way that this Service Dept works in conjunction with the Parts Dept. 1) I told them my problem, 2) they took the info on the car, 3) ordered the part, 4) scheduled me to bring it in, and 5) completed repairs above my expectations. Wow, what a concept! Attention: "All Other" Ford Dealers--- This is how you do business! The folks in Siloam Springs should not take this place for granted... they are a local treasure! Thanks and keep up the great work!

Absolutely horrible!
Absolutely horrific dealership. I was approved with my bank for a low 2.5% internet rate and was ready to purchase a vehicle for full asking. I was given the merry go round again and again. Finally the salesperson Jessica said they went you to finance with one of our banks. Pathetic and absolutely horrible. To rip people off and mess with their interest rate. In top of all of this, the sales person proceeds to ask if I’ll pay for shipping. Even though they offer the SHIPPING! Don’t buy HERE !

I will never understand this Dealership and I hope you...
I will never understand this Dealership and I hope you all (Customers) have better experience than myself. First the Price started off like this......$52,999 which was on the website and they did not come down any even after asking Cash price. So I said not interested and Salesman said he will let his manager know. Salesman then next day which was a(Friday April 16th) said cash price $51,133 and now that got me back interested, and on Tuesday I said let's do it. Salesman then said price changed and now its $52,999(Tuesday April 20th) went up $1,866 dollars in 4 days in the middle of the month and said that it's market valued and it's like gas prices. So after chewing on the fact the price went up that much in 4 days I finally decided (Monday April 26th) to go with it knowing that I could get a brand new 2021 Lariat truck for the same price as this 2018 USED LIMITED TRUCK but i did like the Limited so i said get the paperwork going for delivery and he said OK!!! Soooooooo about 20min go by after telling him to get it going he tells me that we have to come in to sign papers, that was the thing was this Dealership talks about Delivery BUUUUUUUUT you have to go there to sign is what you don't see. Well if I was there to sign then I would drive the vehicle back with me right? So what's the big advertisement about "We Deliver"? Anyways that's what the deal breaker was. I live 2hrs away and can't get away to make that happen. OH, and the salesman told me that the credit app is good for 2 more days then I would have to fill out another credit app and it would hard hit my credit again is what he said. Another thing I don't understand is why is it that there competitors deliver WITH PAPERWORK TO SIGN and Superior Ford does not🤷🏼♂️. No telling how many more sales they have lost due to something as silly as this. You would think by upping the price almost 2k more dollars and the customer still wanting it they would deliver a $54,000 dollar pickup with paperwork 2hrs away, but they dont. They would rather loose a sale in which they did.

I bought my jeep from Jerry rivas at superior Ford in siloam springs, I drove it 3000 miles and it broke down on my in the road. You know why? It had no oil in it. 2017 jeep cherokee, 25000 miles. I took it to the dealership and they did nothing besides tell me to check the oil and said I won't even get a free oil change! Worst customer service and worst help I've ever seen. All they care about is selling you the car after that they aren't worried about you. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else! I had a vehicle through Gregg or Honda and they were absolutely wonderful 2 years and zero issues!

The Sales Manager Jeff showed us the list of all the work that was performed and that the truck was thoroughly checked out. Liar!!! The oil and trans fluid were NOT changed. The air filter was PACKED with thick dirt. The cabin filter was old, dirty and twisted out of shape and the cover for the cabin filter box is missing. Didn't even make it home the first day and the problem code light came on. The list goes on... Oh, yeah, they are all very nice and friendly, telling personal stories to make you feel more comfortable. Bad deal!!!

Best Experience Ever!
Went to the black Friday special. The car that was advertised was sold at the same price advertised. Very nice waiting area with tasty treats and beverages. I have Excellent credit. The finance service they used offered me a lower rate than My own bank Chase did. Would definitely recommend them and buy from them again.
