Overall experience was positive.

Overall experience was positive. Got a great deal on a 2024 Ram Laramie. Service department could use more attention to detail. Annoyances like tire pressure light shouldn’t be triggered the day after buying. Otherwise was a good experience.

It sucks the service department trying to charge me for

It sucks the service department trying to charge me for trial and error expedition to find a vibration in a truck with 4000 miles that's under warranty Will never buy another vehicle from them. Guess I should have purchased my New Ram at Red River Dodge where I bought the last three they stand behind their warranty. It's sad that you buy a vehicle that has a warranty and then want you to pay them to figure out what's wrong with it.

My recent interaction with Superior left me deeply

My recent interaction with Superior left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, marking it as one of the most disheartening experiences I've encountered while shopping for a vehicle. The sales team at Superior was overly aggressive, showing more interest in securing a quick sale than in genuinely assisting me. I found myself passed from one salesperson to another, each one promising a better deal than the last, yet none could provide clear answers about pricing or the true condition of the vehicles. After finally settling on a car that seemed promising, I insisted on a pre-purchase inspection before committing. To my dismay, the inspection uncovered several significant repairs that Superior had conveniently omitted to disclose. When I attempted to discuss these findings with my salesperson, I was met with silence. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I was eventually informed that they were suddenly "ill" and unable to assist me any further. Adding insult to injury, the report I received from Superior detailing the supposed "$2500 worth of repairs" performed on the vehicle before it was traded in left me incredulous. Upon closer examination, it became apparent that not only was the dollar amount inflated, but the nature of the repairs seemed questionable at best. For instance, a routine 2-hour repair was inexplicably recorded as a 13-hour job, clearly distorting the facts. It's abundantly clear to me that Superior engages in deceptive sales practices, showing complete disregard for honesty regarding pricing and the true condition of their vehicles. They embody everything wrong with the used car industry, perpetuating the stereotype of untrustworthy used car salesmen. Fortunately, I chose to take my business elsewhere and had the vehicle inspected by Meineke. Their meticulous and transparent inspection spared me from making a costly mistake and reaffirmed my trust in their services. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Superior to exercise caution and opt for a reputable inspection service like Meineke before finalizing any purchase.

I was looking to purchase a Challenger Scat Pack and

I was looking to purchase a Challenger Scat Pack and searched for days within a 500 mile radius of Conway, Arkansas the town we call home. Superior Dodge had the best deal on a Scat Pack Challenger, and also in the Hellraisin (dark purple) color too.. I filled out the info online and was contacted by Dewey an amazing representative for Superior Dodge. He got the ball rolling and my wife and I came in the next morning to buy the car. The buying experience was second to none, no pressure, very personable experience from everyone we met at the dealership. Kameron the Finance Manager made our Finance experience go the smoothest we've ever had at a dealership and we have bought a lot of cars in the 44 years we have been driving. My wife had her eye on a Plum Crazy Purple Challenger while we were there, so we went home first to feed our pups and returned by 3:pm and did it all over again.. Bought 2 Challengers in 1 day and our amazing experience made our day.. I highly recommend Superior Dodge if you are looking for a great deal and buying experience that is second to none.. Shawn P.

2022 Ram Limited.

2022 Ram Limited. Very Disappointed. $72k Truck. Seems to be no pride in the techs. 2 Hours for an oil change and Rotate with balance, *WITH* an appointment. My truck is extremely clean and the Tech left oil smudges on Exterior driver door, and smudge on Interior driver door panel. Tech didn't fill up washer fluid, with low washer fluid light was present. Was told their washer fluid wouldn't mix with the washer fluid that's in the vehicle. *All washer fluids are made up of water, soap, and alcohol.* I think they forgot and tech didn't want to come outside to do it. This dealer isn't the closest, and I decided to drive farther away thinking they were going to provide great service. I was wrong. $180 service on a $72k vehicle, you would think you would get better service. Bay the service writer was awesome! She was very kind and courteous.

Started good, had everything I wanted but that is where

Started good, had everything I wanted but that is where the good ended. Salesman Pablo refused to follow through on anything asked of him and continued till I was forced to refuse the sale. Internet sales, Kim Sims was more of the same and worse. Blatant lie that the vehicle was shipped and was not. Should have done more research on this dealership. The bad reviews are there. Very bad experience. Ryan

Hello Ryan- We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with us but the shipping and transport truck broke down and we could not find another one willing to go to North Dakota so we refunded your money because you could not wait any longer. We did not get the opportunity to ship the vehicle due to these reasons.
