I have bought six trucks.

I have bought six trucks. This was the easiest experience ever. I am still in shock. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure salesmanship. First time in dealing with auto dealerships that no salesman was hovering you every single moment. Kudos to Lampe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

This review is ONLY about this review. David our service writer was terrible. I would call to get a status update and have to leave a voicemail. Then he would not return my call. I had called one day and the receptionist informed me that David was out that day, but would have someone return my call. I received a call from Kenneth whom was great. He informed me that the shifter was not the only problem as David had told me. It was the electrical module too. So when I was informed that my car was done I asked if Kenneth was going to be there the following day because that is the day I was going to get it. Kenneth was there and I told him he did a great job but I don’t want to work with David. He lied to me and never returned any of my calls. Kenneth apologized and said if there is anything he could assist me with in the future he would be happy to do so.

I took my jeep in for an oil change.

I took my jeep in for an oil change. They changed my oil, rotated the tires and thier inspection, or did they? They said my battery was good, yet 2 hours later my battery was dead and my car wouldn't start. Obviously they never checked the battery. Did they even change the oil or filter?

Lampe called and said thier battery inspection consisted of them just looking at the battery and being able to tell if it was good or bad intstead of taking 2 minutes to put a battery tester on it. Leaving me stranded when the battery died less then two jours later. I wonder if all thier services are done by just looking at it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT AN INSEPECTION OR SERVICED. YOU TOO MIGHT GET STRANDED

Service appt. Are difficult to get in a timely manner. Three weeks for me.The repair was done rapidly through . Only problem was the service message was not reset as I was told it had been.
