Trying to purchase a vehicle and no one is home
The sales rep Joseph Johnson is absent to all communication. He cannot read thus I guess that is why he does not respond to any questions about the vehicle. I ask to speak with the GM and of course no response. I was just inquiring to purchase a vehicle and no one responded. I talked the woods motors in Jane No. And they were blown away. They said they would take my info and forward it to Woods motors in Harrison Arkansas and they did not respond to them. One would think that they could hire some people to represent their company in a professional manner. My be there are not any professionals in Harrison. I sure would hate to me the owner with people like this running this bussiness. Terrible dealership. Cannot follow up to sell a car.

Richard went above and beyond to help us get the car we were looking for. It was hassle free! The whole team worked with us and were patient with us as we looked. Very thankful.
I bought an Altima. Very nice car and well insulated. After the purchase with the widows down we noticed it needed brake pads (this was just about 3 days after purchase). I went back to see if they would replace them since it was supposedly inspect and to see if they had received the other key fob to find out I'm apparently SOL on both. We're going to be in the market for an SUV soon but I don't think it will be from this dealer now.

Took my car in in december to get the speed shaft sensor replaced due to my car shifting hard, i started experiencing the exact feeling in the shifting pattern a couple weeks ago and took it in. They told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the way it was shifting. I now have to set an appointment for a different dealership and take another day of work off just to get the warranty work done. Definitely not satisfied.

I unfortunately did NOT purchase my Traverse from Wood Motor Co. When the service manager from the OTHER dealer where I did purchase from (Ramsey) treated me like I was nuts, I stopped in to Wood's to just see if your service Manager, Mr. Villines, could hear what I was hearing. Did he ever!! He went above and beyond, verifying my warranty, setting up an app't to get my vehicle fixed, AND getting me a courtesy vehicle for 2 weeks. I know who I will NOT go back to, and where I will do my business from now on! I love the kind and helpful folks at Wood Motor Co!!
