Fraudulent charges for unnecessary repairs.
Fraudulent charges for unnecessary repairs. Took my F350 Duly in for a simple oil change, Team Ford called me stating I had small oil and water leaks but could not tell me where the leaks were coming from. They keep the truck for two more days but never called to update me on these leaks. When I called two days later, I was informed that it would cost $17,000 to fix these leaks, new injectors, radiator flush, etc. (all unnecessary repairs). I asked where are the leaks and the "Service Advisor" Damian Albanese could not tell me. I told him to close the hood and I will be there to pick up the truck. When I arrived to pay for the oil change, I was charged an extra $350 to find the oil leak that they had already found. I never authorized a $350 charge to find the oil leak. When I asked for the service manager, I was told she is not available, which I was not surprised, the service manager is never available. The only oil leak my truck has had is from the last time I took the truck to Team Ford and they did not tighten the oil filter which caused a leak and by the way, during that service they told me my radiator cap was missing. There is no way you can drive from my house to the dealership with no radiator cap and not leak coolant allover the place. My mistake for giving them a second try. Further, see the photo attached to this review, they ripped out the washer fluid hose and broke the fitting on the hood and just left it hanging there. After my complaints to Ford Motor Company, the "Service Manager" Rachel Headrick called me and left a voicemail stating she would like to talk about my complaints, I have tried to reach her on two separate occasions and sent two emails. No response. Please do not take your vehicle to Team Ford as I believe these guys are noting but thieve and create fraudulent diagnoses to charge extremely high unnecessary repair bills.

I made an appointment with the service tech or advisor and he was great. Mike was courteous and kept me informed of the status of our vehicle and recommendations for items that will need future attention. He was professional and helpful!

Steven furgeson made the experience great when I came in
Steven furgeson made the experience great when I came in for a maintenance visit. Helped me right away, he was Friendly and Approachable. Checked up on me on my wait, as well gave me a beverage coupon as well. Gave me options when I came to waiting. Ended up just staying and fords lounge is clean and great.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from Team ford. I had a check engine light illuminated for the second time in just around two months. The diagnosis fee for a diesel engine is $350. So, I was not happy that this happened in only two months' time. But it turned out to be a different issue so.... $350 again. Yikes. I think the diagnosis fee is very high for diesels... but that's just the way it is these days. I particularly like the tracking method for customers. This is very handy. As a bonus, they were able to get my truck repaired the same day which made me very happy! Now, I just hope that pesky check engine light does not come back on any time soon!!!

In regards to my recent repair at Team Ford Lincoln I could not have been more pleased. My service advisor Carla Dalba took control of the repair. Carla Dalba devised and implemented a plan to minimize my downtime of the vehicle and insure that I had a vehicle to drive for the amazingly short time that my vehicle was in the shop. Above and beyond that, Carla Dalba seemed to anticipate my every question about the repair. Carla is extremely knowledgeable and was very available to answer my questions and to update me on my vehicle repair. Carla Dalba is a true diamond in the auto repair industry. I can only hope that Carla Dalba receives the recognition and compensation that someone of that caliber deserves. Team Ford Lincoln with Carla Dalbas help provided me with the very best automotive repair experience that I have ever had. Tip of the hat to all!
