During my search for a Silverado that would meet my needs, Isaiah Loera proved to be a most knowledgeable and courteous sales representative. He ensured my experience at Suburban Chevrolet was a pleasant one. I found all who guided me through the process to be professional and helpful. My last new vehicle purchase was with Ford. That ordeal took over 9 1/2 hours and left me with a headache that lasted throughout the evening. My experience with Suburban Chevrolet took less than 1/2 that time with no ill effects. Thank you for a most pleasant experience.

I’ve had (3) separate promises that a cancellation would be facilitated on an Extended warranty that was unauthorized, Associated with purchase of 2023 Silverado Truck at Suburban Chevrolet, I have received No refund or cancellation as promised. I can only conclude this dealership is not Honorable & would prefer a Legal Avenue To conclusion.
They will sell a vehicle out from under you!
If you are dealing remotely, before driving to their dealership, don’t waste your time. They have no problem with selling the vehicle you are dealing on out from under you. We worked throughout the day until closing time on a Thursday to reach a deal and we were getting very close. On Friday morning, the salesperson contacted me again and I immediately told him what we needed. He text me back and told me another salesperson was with a customer on the vehicle now and we would have to wait until they were done. He never contacted me again, so several hours later, I contacted him and he told me it sold. This is a very unprofessional way to do business! The general manager (under another name) emailed me a generic email thanking me for our business and wanting to make sure their online customers were treated courteously. What a joke! LOL I emailed him (also emailed the salesman) back informing him of what they did to me and how unprofessional it was. I never heard from the salesman again, but the GM emailed me back (this time under his name) and told me he was glad we had acquired a vehicle and wanted me to answer some satisfaction questions. I emailed him back and told him again how they sold the vehicle out from under me. I’m not sure what is going on at this dealership, but they definitely don’t have it all together and they do not respect a serious deal that is being worked remotely. They actually had another vehicle I might have been interested in too, but I don’t have time for them to do this to me again. They will undercut you, so unless you have time to waste, I suggest dealing elsewhere. I have texts and emails to back up this review.

My last review was flagged (incorrectly) by the dealer,
My last review was flagged (incorrectly) by the dealer, so I’m reposting with more detail so all consumers are fully informed prior to purchasing. The dealer clearly wants to censor this story. TLDR: Suburban Chevrolet of Claremore is willingly choosing to cause me $4k+ of financial damage that could be avoided with minor clerical work at no cost to themselves because it’s “inconvenient” for them. This is a story of title issues - I’ll spare you the details, but several titles have been lost by the mail or employees. I will absolutely not deny my company bears some responsibility for the titles being lost. However, Suburban Chevrolet is REFUSING to issue me another replacement title (and I have offered to pay for ALL costs associated with it). This is no more than an hour of work. To make matters worse, the dealership initially lied to me and told me the state wouldn’t let them request another title, but I later discovered this was completely false and the dealership was willingly refusing to do so. No cost to Suburban Chevrolet whatsoever, but they’d rather me incur thousands of dollars of damage to avoid the inconvenience of a little paperwork. I’m beyond horrified a business would willingly choose to inflict financial damage on a paying customer they profited from in the recent past. Customers keep this business alive! Before you buy, please remember that if you ever need anything from this business after the purchase - you’re on your own. They sure treat you well when you’re considering purchasing, but you might as well be dead to them after you’ve spent the money! I sold the trucks and have been waiting to be paid for nearly 6 months. I need to deliver the titles to the buyer in order to be paid. The only way for me to get new titles if the dealership won’t comply with my request is to go through a lost title process. This is going to result in over $4,000 of back taxes and fines. This could be COMPLETELY avoided by a little bit of clerical work, but Suburban Chevrolet refuses. Not only do they refuse to help, but also have repeatedly lied and treated me with hostility and disrespect (with complete disregard for the tens of thousands of dollars I spent with them). The people here (specifically Greg Gorman) epitomize the self-interested, sleazy “used car salesman” persona. Please think carefully about the character of these people before you buy. There are many Chevrolet dealers in the area and I’m confident there are competitors with much more integrity than this place.
