Disappointed in customer service

Was going golfing just up the road from Clay Maxey and noticed the tire pressure light on. Have bought new chevy for many years. Took it in to see if they could fix it with out an appointment and was told they could.Came back two hours later and asked if it was finished only to get confrontational response that they are working on it. I asked when it would be finished and the reply again seemed very rude as he once again said there working on it with no idea when it would be ready. I've owned and bought Chevrolet most of my life and have never been treated in this manner before. I don't like confrontation and expect better

I PURCHASED A 2015 CHEV. CREW CAB SILVERADO, VERY NICE TRUCK .BUT THEY ARE VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH BEDAUSE THEY HAVE A CAPTIVE SENIOR BUYERS THAT DON'T O R CAN'T DRIVE 50 MILES TO GET A BETTER DEAL ELSEWHERE.

One of the worst experiences ever

One of the worst experiences ever they couldn't even clean all the broken glass up after a window install. Plus hookup a rear defrost wire back on the glass.

Very satisfied with the honest,friendly service.

We want to say how pleased we were with the service there. We were assured that if were not sure about the vehicle we inquired about, they wouldn't want us to purchase and be unhappy. That spoke volumes to us, that they were more concerned about pleasing us than making a sale. Not so much at the dealership we were at before. As most people do, we had shopped around and had a bad experience. So glad to come to Kent's for the car we now have. Very friendly, kind and willing to explain without the high pressure sales tactics. We highly recommend you go to Kent's if you are in need of a car!!

No Hidden Charges Just Good Service

I started out shopping for a new car online, requesting quotes from several dealers. I just was not satisfied with the responses. But luckily we stopped by Kent Chevrolet and found the right car at the right price. There was no high pressure tactics, no salesmen tricks, no hidden charges--just good service. The salesmanager let me know about a rebate and also gave me a fair quote on my trade-in. In the end, the price was right, the transaction very helpful, and the staff easy to work with. Of course, the bottom line is what matters, and we were very pleased with the purchase. I would recommend Kent Chevrolet to anyone-in Mountain Home or out of town.
