I've used Berryville Ford for oil changes since moving to town and they have always done a great job. The only negative experience was a time that the oil plug was not put in properly and they more than made up for the mistake with customer service. They immediately sent a tech out to my home to pick up the vehicle and correct the problem, and assisted in cleaning up the oil that had leaked. I will continue to use Berryville Ford and appreciate their commitment to getting it right.

The service staff is very friendly and keeps you informed of where your car is in the service being performed cycle.
