Sold a vehicle that the engine blew up 3 hrs into having

Sold a vehicle that the engine blew up 3 hrs into having it. I was lied to about the front bumper being wrecked. Later on to find out it had been painted to cover up the issue. The dealership did NOT try to make it right with me at all. Now I’m 15k in the hole from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The vehicle was driven and road tested thoroughly before ever given over for possession. It’s our only intent and sincere hope that nothing ever goes wrong with a vehicle. However, we know that it is not possible that these machines will sometimes not experience mechanical faults once in possession of its new owner. We are glad you chose to purchase a vehicle while it is still under manufacturer warranty along with additional protection should anything else go wrong after it expires. As stated previously in our conversation in regards to paintwork on the bumper, many pre-owned vehicles will have some sort of touch up, buff, and wax in the reconditioning phase. If it’s a paint failure, then there is a manufacturer warranty that would need to be claimed and submitted.

So your saying it’s okay to lie about a vehicle being wrecked and your dealership not reporting it to carfax since it was the finance managers (all under the table work)?? I would gladly post the pictures to let everyone see what you sold me. It’s very obvious the front bumper has been completely painted after your salesman said it wasn’t?! “Just the dealership lighting” not only a wrecked front end but a blown engine 3 hrs into having it with 10-12 miles maybe put on it and no response to fixing the issue or making it right. Who wants to purchase a vehicle that goes straight into a shop the day they buy it for who knows how long & later to find out the front end has been wrecked. YOU ALL LIED!! That’s not how you treat customers…. Not a professional place what so ever.

Walked in looking for what I thought I needed.

Walked in looking for what I thought I needed. I was given a price and was then asked if I had thought about another type vehicle. Was able to get better pricing on it and was more practical to my needs

I have been working with a different Dodge Dealership

I have been working with a different Dodge Dealership from September 2021 until July 2022 . They had my 2018 Dodge Durango just about every other week. They never could fix it, so I called Miracle Dodge for a second opinion. They had my dodge FIXED yes FIXED in less than a week. I was so amazed. I will never take my baby to anyone else ever again. Miracle Dodge truly is a Miracle worker!!!! Mario was my Service manager and he was amazing. Be sure to ask for him, he will make sure you are taken care of!!

I want to say thank You so much to folks at Miracle Dodge for fixing something that was broke on their end.We are only human and things happen.They jumped on it and fixed the situation.I gotta admit,if this wasn’t made right,I have down business with other Dodge dealerships in surrounding counties and don’t want to deal with them,just Miracle.I’ve bought 2 cars and have done business with Miracle off and on for 12 years.I love walking in and seeing Brandi face.Everyone that meets her for 1st time will have a friend for life.Folks in parts are good and customer service too.Lots of same faces in sale dept over the years but gotta thank Larry Starratt,once he got involved,it got fixed immediately!This a weight off my mind.This has Ment a lot to me.I can’t say enough thank you’s

This is about service department.

This is about service department.No complaints on repairs.Been going there over past 12 years.No complaints on week long wait time to b repaired,I understand.My complaint is with mechanic.I left a spare remote key For another car in my Jeep that was getting worked on.When my Jeep was done,no key.Told lady that checks us in(who I absolutely love!)she ask mechanic and he said no key was in it so now it’s my word against his.Worse part is I bought that remote key 2 weeks prior to my Jeep getting worked on from the same dealer!!That was over $300!I know it’s my responsibility to secure my stuff but just slip my mind.I’ve never had this issue before.Not sure if I can go back??
