This is a follow up review after some issues with purchasing a new F150 that had mechanical problems that I could not take home. The management at Murray Ford wasted no time making this right, they put me in a different truck with some additional options at no additional cost. They quickly had all the paperwork done before I got there so I could just sign and go. I really appreciate that, they did what they needed to do to make me happy. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase.
