Tom Summers is the most trusted service advisor I have known. I bought 5 cars from his previous dealership and followed him to Murray Ford. The distance is 3 times that of the previous dealership but it the service after the purchase but the confidence I have in Tom makes it the time and distance worthwhile

F-150 Purchase

Getting the truck we wanted was an adventure. The first truck had 18 inch wheels and the wife wanted 20 inch. The next two trucks had a little more luxury then the last. We purchased late in the evening and was the last to leave the dealership. Since then there has been no contact from anyone from Ford. We had some features explained to us around 10:PM and been exploring the other features on our own.

Murray Ford Superstore Starke FL user car purchase

Shane Parmenter was great to work with, professional and polite. He made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there. Also our finance guy Joey Faulkner was great as well - he got us in there and out very quickly due to it being so late in the evening. This was our 2nd purchase from Murray Ford in the last few years and we will definitely come back again for our next vehicle.

Up and coming sales person

Although Logan Wilson was in training at the time of our sale, he handled the purchase the same as a seasoned sales person. He was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. I am just sorry that he didn't have time to eat lunch. We would also like to thank Rick Oster for his assistance in handling the finance side of the sale, without his help the deal would have gone south. Again thanks to all the staff in their assistance on pulling stops to make the sale.
