A very good experience primarily due to the excellence

A very good experience primarily due to the excellence salesmanship exhibited by Charles Gary. Charles was helpful, focused, listened well, followed up with us and was very professional. We were also given good service by Clive, the finance manager. We would willingly recommend Tri-City Ford due to our experience.

It has been 20 years since my husband and I purchased a

It has been 20 years since my husband and I purchased a new car. Mainly because it's been a relief not having car payments, but also we always dread the hassle of finding the perfect car and striking a deal we can afford to live with. All of that changed a couple of weeks ago when my daughter-in-law happened to see my "dream car" on Tri-City Ford's website. I immediately went home and looked it up for myself. Because I showed an interest on-line, I received a text/email from Kyle, their internet sales manager. He offered to set up a NO obligation test drive at our convenience. He was so helpful and considerate of our time and wanted to make sure someone would be available to assist us at the time of the appointment. He continued to check in through the day so he could make sure all was ready when we pulled onto the lot. Our salesman, Terry was wonderful and never pushy. He could tell I was in love with the car by the end of the test drive and kindly offered to check and see what our options would be if we were interested. I was MOST DEFINITELY interested! The car is only 2 years old, in pristine condition and even still has that "new car" smell! 🥰 As I said, we always dread the hassle and haggling to get that perfect deal at a price we can afford, but this time, quite pleasantly, it wasn't a nightmare. We came to an agreement so quickly and easily that it seemed almost painless. Terry allowed us the time and privacy to discuss our options before making our final decision and never rushed us. Once we decided to make the purchase, they washed the car and filled it with a full tank of gas to get it ready for it's new home!! Even though it was cold and dark by the time we were ready to leave with our "new baby", Terry still showed us how to use several of the features we weren't used to on our older cars to get us started. Things have changed alot in 20 years!! Cleve Foley, who helped us with all of the final paperwork, was so patient, guiding us thru the multitude of signatures, making it easy to complete the process. When returning a week later to pick up my license plate, he met me at the door to put it on the car for me and while doing so, answered some of my new questions on the those great new features I'm still learning. They have continued to check on me during the past 2 weeks to make sure I'm satisfied or to see if I have any new questions or concerns. I appreciate their kindness, patience and consideration that my time is as valuable as theirs. We never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions we didn't feel comfortable with. Our experience was A+++ and enabled me to have the "Car of my Dreams" at a price we can afford. My husband says I am "like a kid with a new toy!" We were both very impressed with the professionalism and positivity of our experience. We would highly recommend Tri-City to anyone shopping for that perfect new vehicle. Got a phone call from Kyle a d I told him what I had to put down and I got a phone call 30 min later he had me approved he was very professional and honest also the staff was also very polite I recommend tri city auto to anyone looking for new or used vehicle

Started out by talking to Kyle online. He seemed very intent on helping me find what I Wanted and needed instead of what he thought that I needed. He was very helpful in finding incentives and rebates to be used. When I went into the dealership Charles started to help us. Again he was extremely informative without being pushy or trying to make us buy something that we didn't want to. The finance department didn't play around and got us approved very quickly at a great interest rate. All of the necessary paperwork went very quickly and smoothly. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I would say that this is probably the best buying experience that I have had at a car dealership.

Wow!

Wow! This was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing an automobile. Kyle with internet sales was so helpful and listened to what I needed and wanted in a car. We came to a win win agreement and I actually felt good and positive about it. It only was Kyle great, but his colleague, Anthony was awesome, and explained everything about the auto from start to finish. The sales manager and finance department were very professional and respectful during the process. This was a great experience and would highly recommend this team of professionals. I came away from the dealership feeling good about my purchase and will definitely use them for my next car purchase.
