I have called multiple times to get know where.

I have called multiple times to get know where. Drove to get original paper work, and got things printed off computer not the original. I'll never do business with them again.

I have bought some 20 or more cars and trucks from Guptons over the last 20 years they have always treated me great would not go anywhere else for my autos needs have 4 of them in my driveway now

Kemmy was amazing!

Kemmy was amazing! We reached out to him on a late Saturday afternoon and drove home in our new Charger on Monday. It was the easiest process with the best people! We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from Kemmy at Gupton.

As far as buying a car there, they were wonderful.

As far as buying a car there, they were wonderful. After that, everything changed. I needed to get the oil changed on it for the 1st time, so we drove it all the way over there from home on my day off. When getting there, they explain we have to make an appointment for an oil change and they are scheduled 2 weeks out. We drive all the way home then contact the Dodge dealership in Gallatin and they said yes, they would get it in and that we didn’t have to call. It’s first come, first serve there. I have bought many brand new cars from places and have never had to schedule an oil change to get them completed at the dealership. My car will be serviced at Gallatin from here on out and the next one I buy will be from Gallatin as well. If this had been the first dealing with them, I wouldn’t write this, but I had a recall on my car right after buying it that the service department was very confused about. I got transferred between several people trying to figure out how they could do it. I’m not even sure they did it right after it was taken to be fixed, but I hope so as it was a theft deterrent issue.
