Bad customer service

Ridiculous. What kind of a dealership has no salesman to answer the phone. And give you information about Car you want to buy from them. Save your time look for another dealership. Absolutely waste of time The only reason why I even called them. it’s because they have the model of the Car I like to buy. It’s been a week since I called them and no one has called me back yet.

No customer service

Could not get ahold of salesman, when finally getting a hold of one. He was going to take pics and send them. He never did, called daily trying to talk to him, no answer. I finally get him on the phone and he doesn't remember anything we spoke of. Said they needed help. I need a truck that is why I was calling. I

Never going back

Salesman was too busy for me, but not for a young man , who wanted a new truck. I may not have been buying an expensive car but they lost my business . My mom has purchased 3 vehicles here and serviced her cars here . She has never had a problem , but won’t go back now

It's like they don't want to sell cars

I submitted an offer 5 days ago to Eli Ambriz and again separately to the Jim Manning sales team and I've yet to get any kind of response back. My offer was a retail book value offer on a vehicle that's been on their lot for 2 years, along with a trade offer for my vehicle that was the most favorable value for them that I could find. No response. It's like they don't want to sell cars... weird. I'd look elsewhere... if that is what their customer service is like before a purchase, I can only wonder what it's like after you purchase.

Great Truck and service

I originally called and spoke with Manuel. I'm not sure what happened as he completely dropped out of contact after texting me the info they needed for me to purchase a truck. After four days and several unanswered texts, I called again and spoke with Mike. Mike apologized repeatedly for my experience and gave me excellent service from that moment forward. I ended up driving down and buying a new Laramie Longhorn that day. Mike has continued to stay in contact and has been very helpful with everything I need even after the purchase. I would definitely recommend Jim Manning Dodge - ask for Mike

Service department never answers the phone. They have someone finally take your number and have someone call you back. That never happens. It's a joke. Went to Lampe in visalia to get oil change done without an appointment. In and out in about 45 mins. Now they have a great service department! Will be going there from now on.

Outstanding dealership

Our car broke down and we needed a new one urgently. We decided to go to Jim Manning dealer in hope to get something affordable. Our credit score is in working progress so we weren't the easy clients, but to our pleasant surprise the staff heard our "cry" and put all efforts into getting us the best deal. Our salesman Josh did a fantastic job to not only advise us on the best plan of actions but to get us approved for a great deal. We are sure glad we chose these guys. I believe it's a second or third generation company, and you can tell they know their job. Very polite and knowledgeable staff, they don't rush you into anything, great quality customer service, over 200 vehicles to choose from. My husband said our next car is gonna be from Jim Manning's lot. Absolutely recommend! Thank you

A very positive buying experience.

Working with Manuel was a very pleasurable experience. He was patient with me in deciding which trim level of Grand Cherokee to buy. When it came time to talk numbers he was able to give me what i thought was a very favorable discount. No run around getting approval from an upper manager which was very nice! Paper work at the completion of the sale took less than 30 minutes. Dealers Like Jim Manning Jeep are an asset to the industry.
