Friendship fords web site offered me $6k more on their auto trade in but that’s just a marketing ploy to waste your time. Low ball trade in offers. Be careful !

I had an incident with Friendship Ford located in Bristol, TN. It was a long issue. However the General Manager Lance Dowdy contacted me and took care of my issue. He is a man of his word and he did exactly what he advised me he would do. I did write a scathing review previously but Lance has renewed my trust in Friendship Ford. If you have any issues with this dealership definitely ask to speak with Lance .

The service team of Friendship Ford of Bristol are all very professional and knowledgeable. I was notified of a recall on my 2025 F-150 and whe I called for a service appointment they informed me of a second recall I knew nothing about. They got me right in and corrected the problems. I have have been buying my trucks from Friendship Ford of Bristol and having them serviced there since 2009. I really can't see myself going anywhere else.

The folks at the front desk of the repair shop are top notch good people. Very helpful, keep you well informed of what's going on with your vehicle. The personel in the shop are also top notch. They take good care of vehicle while it is being serviced. Highly recommend if you are having transportation issues.

My experience at Friendship Ford was a very positive one. The sales representative who sold me a 2025 Ford Escape, Donald, was very kind, personable, helpful, and helpful. I highly recommend Friendship Ford--and my sales rep Donald--the next time anyone is in the market for a new vehicle.

Was in contact with this dealer for 2 days. I live a distance away. I gave them all necessary information. I was approved to buy this vehicle. I was told I can put a deposit down for them to hold it for me . I mentioned it 2 times in text message and 1 time over the phone. The dealer said that they will do that and would send me the necessary information. I didn’t hear back for over 3 hours and sent a follow up message, the response I got was, oh yeah sorry we sold the truck you wanted. This is bad business. It was unprofessional. I was going to drive 2 hours to come and get this vehicle, send a deposit and already provided everything and was basically ghosted.

They have a great service department. They are friendly and helpful and don't talk down to me or not believe what I am telling them. Less expensive than other local dealers and have never tried to upsell me.

My service experience was great. I love that you get updates by text. My service advisor, DeeDee was great. My tech, Ethan did a great job. I would highly recommend Friendship Ford for service on your vehicle.

This place is awful , buyer beware after two days on the phone trying to buy a truck I was told to come on and so I drive two hours thinking to buy a truck and when I get there I had to watch someone drive away in it and I was told by Nathaniel the salesman that it was because I was six minutes late which was a lie and I have the text messages to prove that. Never do business here especially if driving a long way to get there , you’ll only end up disappointed with this shady bunch.
