It was constant back and forth forever.

It was constant back and forth forever. To get my car fixed. I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima on June 27, 2025 and had to wait till Monday to take it home cuz it needed brakes which was fine. But not I can’t drive it long distances because there is 2 different sized rims. 3 17” rims and a 16” rim and they can’t get it in till Monday. So my weekend plans were shot. Or I have to find rides. And it’s definitely not safe for my kids. Because the tire on the 16” rim is bald.

We shopped around for a couple of months.

We shopped around for a couple of months. Ended our search at Ben Davis because of their exceptional knowledge and prices. There was no haggling. It was a pleasure doing business with this team!

I bought a certified BMW from Ben Davis a few months ago.

I bought a certified BMW from Ben Davis a few months ago. The car look good and drove good and they claimed it was certified. I pointed out the dire need for brakes and tires and they said they could not afford them and I bought it anyway. I had some problems with it a couple months ago and took it to a BMW garage and the first thing they do is the certification inspection. They found $6,000 worth of safety issues with it so I called and talked to a sales manager explain the situation and sent a video and ask if they could help me fix this situation and he laughed at me and asked me to only speak to him about this situation. So I called and talked to another sales manager I told him I was laughed at and he said they don't laugh at their customers. I did send a video for them to see all the safety issues and I talked to the second sales manager about it and asked for a copy of the certification paperwork and he said they don't show that to customers. So I spoke with some other car dealerships and they all sit down with the customer and go through the certified inspection paperwork before they even have to sign on a dotted line. But yet Ben Davis does not show the paperwork to the customers. I also took a Ford to Ben Davis Ford garage and had some issues and they did not want to talk to me about it so I called Ford. Ford told me to call and talk to the service manager and if I can't get anywhere to ask for the top dog. So I talked to the service manager and did not get anywhere and ask for the top dog and I was hung up on. I was not given a link to leave feedback so I hope this gets to the community so they have some knowledge before going in to Ben Davis
