Not to good of an experience!

My Experience was tiring. Which ended up with a almost 800 dollar state inspection price with none of the repairs in order for my car to be inspected making any difference. I was told I need to parts for underneath my car to be installed anew because my car was pulling to the left. After repairs it still did the same. Had ac charged and it took a while to cool off going home but it finally started cooling.. it only worked once afterwhich the hot days came and no AC! I continue to call to check on my vehicle after it was promised a certain time and that time when by! Had the hardest to trying to get service person to the phone both times. When the parts finally came in for the car, one of the was the wrong one. It?s more to the madness but I?m tired trying to go through it all again. My recall there for airbag, my glove department was messed up. Tried to start my car up by remote the next day and it would work because my glove department wouldn?t close and light was on continuously.

First Kia

Super nice, not pushy car salesman. Daniel. easiest car purchase ever! We were looking for a used car with low mileage and he recommended we test drive the Kia Soltas. It was the one! It was brand new!
