I have been trying to buy a vehicle for the past week.

I have been trying to buy a vehicle for the past week. Was told to ask for Hailey, I yet to hear or see her , went there, call left message. Found same vehicle is Burlington kia for $3000 less. They like makeup in Danville!

BEST of the BEST experience in buying a new or used car! Third transaction and each time has been exceptional. Sales advisor Dean is my go to for help in finding the right vehicle. Managers Steve, Noah, Brent and Tony manage to get a deal done to fit my needs every time and fast too! The finance manager Jennifer even made signing everything a breeze and explained everything fully and clearly. If you are in need i highly suggest giving Blackwell a shot you WONT be disappointed. Even the service department has been great to work with. So whether it's buying, trading or servicing give Blackwell a chance as I assure you, you will not regret it!

I recently went for routine maintenance on my 2012

I recently went for routine maintenance on my 2012 Sorento. I was told that I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors. There was no mention of a recall. I got a second opinion from another Kia dealership. They found that the rear brakes were fine, and I only needed front pads and resurfaced rotor. They also did the recall. I had used Blackwell for many years. This experience was deeply disappointing. I will not use Blackwell for my car in the future.

I love having my vehicle serviced at Blackwell.

I love having my vehicle serviced at Blackwell. The waiting area is clean and always stocked with snacks and drinks. The service is quick and you can even get an appointment if you need it. They always vacuum out my vehicle before they return it. I am always given a check sheet showing me if anything else is needed other than what I came in for. I was even given a cost estimate to do what ever other service is suggested. I highly recommend them for your service needs. I even received a call from service manager that evening to make sure everything went well. I wish I could have given more than five stars.

THE SALES PROCESS WENT GOOD, WAS DECENTLY HAPPY, UNTIL

THE SALES PROCESS WENT GOOD, WAS DECENTLY HAPPY, UNTIL LESS THAN A MONTH GOES BY AND MY BRAND NEW CAR WONT START ONE MORNING, I HAVENT EVEN MADE A PAYMENT ON IT AND IM SITTING WITHOUT A VEHICLE AND MY FATHER IS IN UVA MEDICAL CENTER AFTER A TRANSPLANT WITH NO WAY HOME. I CALL FOR OVER 2 HOURS AND 7+ VOICEMAILS BEFORE I GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE... THEN THEY TELL ME THEY CAN SCHEDULE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE 2 WEEKS LATER, FOR ME TO HAVE THE CAR THERE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A LOANER OR SOMETHING TO DRIVE I WAS TOLD NOT HER DEPARTMENT AND SENT TO ANOTHER VOICEMAIL. AFTER 3 HOURS I STARTED CALLING AND ASKING THE OPERATOR IF ANYONE COULD ANSWER THE PHONE , I GOT A MANAGER THAT SAID HE WAS GOING TO CHECK ON SOMETHING AND CALL ME BACK, NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. FINALLY ANOTHER MAN RETURNED MY CALL FROM ONE OF THE VOICE MAILS AND PUSHED ME OFF TO KIA ROADSIDE SERVICE HE SAID THEY COULD HELP ME WITH GETTING CAR TO A DEALER AND GETTING A LOANER OR SOMETHING. NOW GOING ON 4 HOURS SINCE MY FIRST CALL NOT ONE PERSON HAS EVEN ASKED ME IF IM STRANDED OR NEED A TOW OR ANYTHING OF THIS NATURE, SO YOUR MISSION At Blackwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat, it's more than selling cars. Our mission goes beyond an outstanding selection. We create a welcoming environment where you don't just become a customer, you become a friend. IS NOT SO TRUE. I AM COMPLETELY BAFFLED HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN WHEN A COMPANY THAT SOARS, FOR THE PEOPLE THROUGH EVERY ADVERTISEMENT WAY THEY CAN JUST TOTALLY SHOVED A RETURNING CUSTOMER OUT AFTER THE CAR THEY SOLD ME HAD ISSUES. State inspection.

Quick and friendly service. Kept me informed of service progress. Offered ride to go somewhere until vehicle was ready. Had hot coffee available. Offered something else to drink while waiting. Waiting room was clean and pleasant. Clean bathrooms.
