Write a reviewWorst experience with a dealership ever
I’ve never met a more disrespectful and awful service department than them. I wouldn’t even send a broken toy to be repaired there if I had to. No one knows what’s going on, you get the run around and lies that make no sense every time something is supposed to be done and then when you question them, they try to turn the problem around on you or make inappropriate comments and rude remarks instead of helping. Warranty apparently means 0 to them and they want you to constantly just claim everything on your insurance for payouts and then get mad when you challenge them on your “coverage”. Dallas Dye specifically had the nerve to not only call me “ignorant” and an “emotionally unstable, pregnant woman” (his exact words) but to go on and try to get my insurance company to believe his lies by trash talking me TO MY OWN INSURANCE AGENT and denying any of his wrong doing towards how he handled my vehicle when I had proof of all of his lies. I have never been so disrespected in my life by a bunch of wanna be tough guy, man children. Nathan, the supposed supervisor is never available and then just lets the service “reps” handle everything to which no one ever does the same thing twice, it’s always a new story or situation instead of what you came for then they blame each other like a bunch of kids when things go wrong. The service department is the one and only reason I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and I’ll absolutely never make the mistake of buying a car from them again. Awful, awful people.

Excellent service.
Had a great experience right from the start with Cara answering my initial phone call to Dan our sales rep and then Dean closing the deal. I really appreciated Dan's helpfulness in trying to keep my payments within our budget. Most of the sale was done texting back and forth as we live out of town. A little harder that way but it can be done! Two thumbs up for everyone at Friendship Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in Bristol, TN. Would highly recommend.

Bad Service
Let me start by saying that the sales team is wonderful! It's the service department that I have a problem with. I had an appointment to have the windshield replaced in my Jeep. I was told that they had one that was OEM and I scheduled the appointment. One week later and it's appointment time and my wife and I were very excited to finally get the windshield fixed. We drove 40 minutes and dropped it off with the service department. Four hours later they called me to tell me that they didn't have the windshield because someone had sold it. I was furious! Why did it take 4 frigging hours to figure out that they didn't have it? After the excuses, I left with my Jeep and still have a cracked windshield. That's not even the worst part! My Jeep is missing about 1/8th of a tank of gas! Replacing the windshield doesn't justify a test drive! They didn't even offer a solution for not having my windshield! I used to feel a loyalty to the dealership because of the way my wife and I were treated during the buying process, but the way we were done today killed any possibility that we will return to Friendship CDJR.

Thank you to Blakeley(service advisor)
I came in Monday afternoon on November 28,2022 to get the oil changed in my car thru express service. I didn’t know I needed an appointment but Blakeley the service advisor worked me in with no problem. That was very nice of her to do that.

Friendship jeep Yea right
I was thinking about trading for a jeep wrangler high tide edition , was told they had one coming in soon and that if i wanted it i better put a deposit to hold it so i did. The next next morning i checked my weight on my trailer an boat and decided it was to much for the jeep to handle. So i contacted sales person and told them he said it would be monday before he could see if i could get deposit back. The jeep wasnt even on the lot yet and if they had such high demand for someone to buy it shouldnt have been a big deal. It wasnt like i special ordered it, so after me messaging the salesman he told me his manager said they couldnt give back deposit so I’m out 500$. Wish i would have red these reviews before shopping!! Then the price they advertise you cant get the vehicle for that price, they have to add the friendship advantage price on top of the advertised price. So all i can say is F—K friendship chrysler jeep dodge just not a very good way to do business

Trade experience.
Traded in 2021 car for a 2015.I traded in good faith and feel like they got an exceptional like new car.I was charged $2399.00 for aftermarket products.Idid realize that until I went back to the Dealerships Finance Dept and got copy of my contract. This is my first experience doing financing via iPad.Called the salesman and told him I was very unhappy about the Xtra amount of$2399.00.He said it covered paint protection/glass repair.I called to talk to the General Manager & was told that he was busy &would Call Me back which he Didn’t!I feel I was Ripped Off.I know they r in the business of making a profit but not like this. Also there was only 1 key &no manual.I ask the salesman to ask the previous owner about getting them.I had to text him back and he said the Xtra key was with the Finance Dept.I am a Disabled Veteran serving in 2 different branches of the Military &I must say that it is extremely Dissapointing having to Deal with such a cunning :cutthroat Car Dealership.Don’t know how they came up with the name Friendship u can rest assured they Are No Friend of mine.In closing all I can say is BUYER BEWARE!

Edward, we apologize the additional coverage was not explained extensively. Hopefully Kris has gotten the chance to call you back but we are going to double check to make sure he received the message. Ideally all vehicles would have two keys but sometimes that's not the case with trade-ins. We certainly appreciate your service in our military and we hope to clear this all up and make you feel like a friend/ family as that is always our intention!
Terrible
Horrible customer service and don't stand behind their vehicles. Had a check engine light come on inside a mileage warranty and they said it was out of the time frame by a few months. A time frame that was not advertised when I bought the truck, only the mileage. All they offered was a free diagnostic fee on a $4300 repair bill. Pathetic dealership, I wouldn't even buy a bicycle from them after my experience!

I would recommend anyone to buy a car from here. My salesperson was Rick Smith and he was professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help anyway that he could. Best dealership I’ve been too!
