Took my GLC 300 in to dealership without an appt to get tires checked and windshield wiper fluid. Alex took my car, fixed everything I needed, updated the notifications, and didn’t charge me anything. I only was there 15 minutes. Great service - no hassle and no wait.

Easy process negotiating by email
Working with Patsy over a few days trying to put a deal together on a car I found on cars.com. Patsy was very responsive to all my questions, alas we couldn't make a deal when it came to price. I wouldn't hesitate to shop again.

Sunglasses taken Out of my car During Service
I Taken my car in for service I've never had any problems I had a very expensive pair of sunglasses in my overhead compartment Put the glasses their upon leaving My vehicle picked up the vehicle sunglasses Was not Their left the vehicle their For 3 days Service manager told me they would not cover my sunglasses This hurt Me to my heart to think that I would leave my Vehicle with Mercedes something like This could happenThis response was they have never encountered anything like that and couldn't believe that his people would do this And funny months before this I take in my car there for service in Picked up my vehicle and a scratched Was on my vehicle No one reporting That and when I picked up the vehicle I had to let them know that 1 of their drivers had put a big scratch on my car they covered it but when He said no one in his shop would have done that I just makes no sense I like the shop I like most all the people I've met there But the service manager you need a new one And at 1st he said send him A picture or Price of the glasses and they would take care of It the next call Was that we will not take e of it this is crazy as h*** to me

E300 2017 Loaner
asked for lease quote for 24/10k miles for E300 2017 Loaners. msrp 57645 with sale price 43975. she gave a quote of 787 per month with 1457.10 down and 10457.10 msd. Sounds so reasonable.

Today, I took delivery of my new 2018 Mercedes. From the beginning till today, Doug DiTullio maintained the professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. He was prompt to answer all of my questions throughout the process and ensured that I was comfortable with all of my new vehicles operations before departing. I am extactic about new vehicle and even appreciate the bouquet of flowers. Nice touch. Thank you all.

Poor effort to service customer.
A couple of weeks ago Roberta Huntington had a service appointment and asked that she be called when service was completed. You did not call and she only found out that the car was ready in the late afternoon when she called in. Your lack of communicating put her seriously behind schedule and into heavy traffic on 68. She had told service that the key was malfunctioning and had locked her out of the car a couple of times causing great inconvenience. Nothing was done to remedy the situation and yesterday she was again locked out with the key in her purse in the back seat. This greatly inconvenienced her and doesn't seem like something one should suffer with a $110,000 car. She has been trying to communicate with service manager but he is not good about calling. In the past when trying to communicate the problem Cleat would not return calls. Please advise.
