I Taken my car in for service I've never had any problems I had a very expensive pair of sunglasses in my overhead compartment Put the glasses their... upon leaving My vehicle picked up the vehicle sunglasses Was not Their left the vehicle their For 3 days Service manager told me they would not cover my sunglasses This hurt Me to my heart to think that I would leave my Vehicle with Mercedes something like This could happenThis response was they have never encountered anything like that and couldn't believe that his people would do this And funny months before this I take in my car there for service in Picked up my vehicle and a scratched Was on my vehicle No one reporting That and when I picked up the vehicle I had to let them know that 1 of their drivers had put a big scratch on my car they covered it but when He said no one in his shop would have done that I just makes no sense I like the shop I like most all the people I've met there But the service manager you need a new one And at 1st he said send him A picture or Price of the glasses and they would take care of It the next call Was that we will not take e of it this is crazy as h*** to me

I used cars.com to locate a specific model of Mercedes Bens that my wife wanted. I contacted the dealership through this site and began to,negotiate a... deal through multiple emails and phone calls I travel overseas for a living and mentioned in all my emails and phone conversations that I would not be able to pick the car up until Monday the 10th of November when I return home. On Wednesday the 6th we agreed on a price for the car. I soon began paper work with my bank for financing and arraigning for delivery of the vehicle because I would have to travel some four hours to pick it up. I repeat, the dealership had accepted my offer. A direct quote. I called and discussed pickup,and offered to put a deposit on a credit card, which was refused. On. Thursday the 7th I get an email that they had sold the car to someone else. This dealership reneged on the deal. I am a firm believer in the free enterprise system and the right of this dealership to sell this car to,whomever they like at the best price they can get. I also believe that their word of, " we accept your offer, " is worthless. What they really mean is that we will take your money when you get here but until then we reserve the right to renege on our agreed deal and sell it to anyone we want. In short, it's a crappy way to do business and buyer beware.
When I found I car was disabled the service folks diagnosed the problem over the phone, on a Saturday no less!!! Very helpful and they come to my house... for free with a new battery and changed it out for free (not the battery but the labor was free). 'VE R Y IMPRESSED !!! Thank You Cleve!
