Great Experience!

I've been meaning to write a review of a purchase from last December but life took over! I purchased a 2015 Lexus with 24K miles. I had been looking for a low mileage Lexus as my vehicle was on its way out. Soon as I saw the ad on a Saturday morning, I sent an inquiry online and received a call back from Firas within 15 minutes. The vehicle was not quite ready to test drive as a part was needed but I was kept up to date from Firas as to the status. I was able to put down a $1k deposit and be approved for financing on line. I have a 10-year old with lots of energy so was nice to be able to complete documents at home. I'm an hour away from Monterey, so when the vehicle was ready, my sis drove us to the dealership, test drove and completed paper work in about two hours. I was then off and away with my super low mileage Lexus RX 350. Easy and quick process! Highly recommend Audi Monterey. My hubby and daughter love the vehicle...I just need to watch my speeding. My kiddo enjoyed the hot chocolate as well. :) Hope this helps anyone looking for a used vehicle. I'm sure they have a great process for new purchases as well!

Used car purchase - 2019 Audi Q7

I purchased a used 2019 Audi Q7 in March 2022. The windshield had a small crack, and I was not going to purchase the car with a crack in the windshield. The sales guy and finance manager said that they would include windshield insurance and would cover the windshield if the small crack turned into a larger windshield problem which needed to be replaced. As it turns out, the windshield did crack all the way, and needs to be replaced, but apparently the insurance coverage only covers repair and not replacements. I feel like I got swindled on this deal as it was explicitly discussed that I would not buy the car with a cracked windshield or without replacement coverage.

OUTSTANDING EXPEREINCE

From the first phone call...to taking possession of vehicle, the dealership staff including Anthony, Scott, and Joey were absolutely amazing and very helpful. In fact, they even helped me with financing and got me a very competitive interest rate during current times of skyrocketing high interest rate. Furthermore, I had originally signed a contract for lease, they submitted it to the bank, and I changed my mind and bought the car instead, they accommodated me. With their help, I got exactly what I wanted, I didn't want to settle and they made sure I was driving away with my perfect dream car. From my perfect car to competitive interest rate and competitive trade-in price, this dealership has it all! I had an Audi previously, and will always stick with Audis because of quality and performance of these cars, now I can also say, I will always stick with this dealership as well, regardless of where I am. Thank you, you guys truly are amazing, you don't just sell cars, you make dreams come true for your customers.

It was not Audi standards
