Buy Here; Beware of Follow Up.

Sales department friendly and helpful. Service advisor Dismissive, condescending to a point of rudeness. Pushes fluid flushes but can't quote corrective maintenance. "Further diagnosis required, only parts department can tell" waited two days for that response. Would've rated lower but for their sales department being helpful. Would recommend with stern warning about service.

No pressure sales!

David was excellent in making my husband and I feel comfortable in what can sometimes be an overwhelming and stressful situation when it comes to buying/leasing. We definitely appreciated the no pressure sales we felt when working with David. Additionally, Harold had initially called us when we made an online inquiry about a car and he was very knowledgeable and helpful where we found ourselves comfortable coming into the dealership to see the inventory in person. Would definitely come back for the next vehicle

Recent purchase Audi Q5

I watch vehicle price drop twice on Autotrader and dealership?s website. I called dealership and confirmed price of $52,545 and asked for a walk around video prior to purchasing sight unseen. Shortly thereafter, salesman advised car was mistakenly priced lower and they would not honor price. I eventually relented and paid nearly $2500 more than quoted. I was assured that with just over 600 original miles the car was like new with no scratches, dents, or other imperfections. When the car arrived, the transporter showed there were two scratches on the passenger side as noted and acknowledged by dealership at pick up. There was significant miscommunication regarding my titling responsibilities in my home state. This miscommunication resulted in hours of wasted time and weeks before I could properly title. To add to this less than favorable experience, the car arrived with an empty gas tank, no gas card (for those suggesting shipping is best with empty tank), and 200 more miles than quoted at the time I agreed to purchase.

Audi s8 2020

Liars , trying to explain me that carfax is showing one owner lol and there is 3 owners on it .... manager said last owner never owned the car and when they put it for sale in July car had only 1700 miles and then 3 month later almost 7 k miles and he is saying that they never sold the car to the third owner “he got approved and title was changed under the bank name but never sold the car” what a xxxx story and there is inspection in south Jordan ,UT reported in the car fax ... that’s why you have bad reviews..... some Amanda was sending me a pic of that audi s8 and steering wheel I so grease and cup of coffee is in a cup holder , she said manager is driving that car .... so unprofessional... manager shouldn’t drive that kind of the car if is put for sale ... so shame on audi dealer and people they hire ....rule number 1 do not lie to your customers

Horrible attitude

Noone wants to attend to you. Waited for service, noone talked to me. Got told to be "quiet" when I asked questions Everybody was grumpy! And nobody followed up after I left. I guess they were happy to see me leave?

Watch it

Very nice people but not fair! After spending days there. The car I wanted they let someone else take to there house for the night .... Didn't offer that option to me and I have a high credit rating. Plus they raised the interest rate pretty high. So I decide to go somewhere else and see if I can get lower interest rates and I did a lot lower. The dealership get a percentage of the interest .. Left there, went to the Lexus. bought a new Lexus!

Did not honor deposit to hold vehicle for 24 hours

This dealership accepted a $500 deposit to hold a vehicle for 24 hours. In less than 24 hours they sold the vehicle to another party. Disappointed in the integrity shown.
