Very fast and efficient.

Very fast and efficient. Waiting area is nice and the service was done quickly. The service rep also found a couple of coupons in the system that helped with the cost of the service.

Thanks Gilbert!

Check engine light, rab light numerous other lights came on our 2021 Forester sport. We called the cypress coast subaru. Gilbert Ibarra from the service dept told us to bring it in. He checked the car and said it was the thermo co trol valve that needed to be changed. He told us it was covered by the power train warranty, saving us $1,300. He gave us a rental car till it was fixed. Gilbert was a true professional and an asset to Subaru. He also refused a tip. Thanks again Gilbert.

My Experience at Cypress Coast Subaru

I moved to the Central Coast about 2.5 years ago and was driving my 2020 Subaru Legacy at the time. I took that car to Cypress Coast Subaru for regularly scheduled repairs a few times and was always impressed with their service facility and staff. I recently decided to take advantage of their promotion to take back low milage Subarus in trade because of the lack of good used cars in their inventory. I called their sales department and made an appointment, because I was interested in trading up to a 2023 Ascent because I wanted an SUV. I was thoroughly impressed with their sales staff from the General Manager to the Sales Manager and, of course, the Salesman, Ivan, who assisted me. They were very friendly and knowledgable and made the whole buying experience one of the best I have ever had. I am 76 years old and, believe me, I have bought a lot of cars over the years and had all kinds of experiences, good and bad. This experience was the best. They were fair on their pricing of my Legacy and the new Ascent. What really impressed me was the speed with which they completed the necessary paperwork (about 30 minutes). I have spent 4 hours sitting around waiting for the paperwork with other dealers in the past (not Subaru), AND I ALWAYS PAY CASH. I loved my Legacy and love my new Ascent even more. I cannot recommend a better car than a Subaru for the money and I certainly not recommend a better dealer than Cypress Coast Subaru. Fred Weissberg
