Horrible customer service

I scheduled service here. I couldn't get a quote of cost for repairs. You have to talk to 4 different people, they will each estimate their part such as parts and separate service charge. In regards to service itself I wanted an out the door price and no one could agree on a number. This is the most unorganized, cluster of a mess I've ever tried to work with. I canceled my service and went to firestone.

An embarrassment to Ford

Ford should be embarrassed to waive their flag above this dealership. Amazed at the lack of professionalism and compete incompetence. I wouldn’t have expected this kind of service from a second rate sleazy used car dealership

Honestly, the best buying experience I have ever h

Terrible customer service

I took my car in for repairs. They didn’t bother to call with updates. When I called to check on it they acted annoyed. In total they kept the car for 5 days. Less than a week after the repairs it was in the shop again. They fixed the horn, but missed the spark plugs needing to be replaced. I didn’t even mention the horn needing to be fixed. Will not return and I’d highly recommend service elsewhere.

Never will come back

I drove 2 hours into a different state and the completely lied to me from talking on the phone to driving there. Do not recommend they will say what ever they want to get you in their office!

Great people

The most painless car buying experience of my life great people to deal with. Highly recommend going and visiting these people if you want a Ford. Been a car salesman was not pushy he listen to my wife what she wanted it was her car she loved it she loved the experience she hates to buy a car but we were in and out in less than an hour and a half
