We had a great buying experience with Abel and Josh at Wild West Ford, in Guymon, OK. They were attentive, personable, and accurate in all they did to assure that we could drive home with the car we'd come in to buy. What made it really special is that we drove off the lot within two hours. It was the quickest, easiest, and most pleasant buying experience we have ever had!

Pretty much everything went great! Easy to get appointment when I needed it. Check-in was easy. Service went quick (about 35 minutes). They accepted my The Works coupon and paying with my Ford Pass points was easy. I was on my way about 45 minutes from my check-in time.

I visited the Wild West dealership, told them what I was looking for and what I was trading. They inspected my current vehicle and established a trade value. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but were able to locate the pickup I described to them. We were able to finalize the deal very quickly and without complications. I appreciated that they took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then make a deal. Good Job!
