When the engine blew in my truck, I had it towed to

When the engine blew in my truck, I had it towed to Bayird West Plains. Since I live 11 hours away, I figured I would trade it in on a new truck. After negotiations and agreeing upon a price, all that was left was to fill out the paperwork. When they came back, they informed me that the price was going to be $2,000 more than what we had agreed to. These guys were really trying to take advantage of a guy that was broke down a long way from home trying to get home for Christmas. I have tried to talk to the GM on many occasions but he refuses to take my calls or even respond by email. Beware of doing business with these guys.

When the engine blew in my truck, I had it towed to Bayird West Plains. Since I live 11 hours away, I figured I would trade it in on a new truck. Go anywhere but this dodge unless you like to be s

This dealership will lie to you about everything. They put a new motor in our jeep wrangler first of March 2021. My new motor over heated not even half way home the day I picked it up from getting a new motor my husband had to argue with them about getting it towed, bayrid told him to limp it back to them. My husband said are you crazy! Our jeep has been in the shop more than we have had it since we had them put the new motor in. Still broke down at this moment October 2021!! They fixed a leaking rear main seal 2 weeks ago. Guess what leaking again. Forget communication they have no glue what that is. After working on my jeep multiple times their service adviser told me to take it somewhere else they can't fix it. He also said that the mopar parts came with road side assistance and towing, well that is not true according to mopar. I call the attorney general and they got notified by the attorney general's office and called me yesterday ready to tow my jeep back to them and fix it at no cost to me. What I would like more than anything is a new motor and a different dealership to install it all on bayrid dodges dollar. Don't waste your money I am 7000 dollars in and still have a broken jeep!!!!

No problem !

My purchasing experience was a no hassle no problem , professional transaction . I walked in , picked out the vehicle I wanted , made my offer , friendly little haggling , we agreed , 20 minutes later ( not two hours later ) down the road I went with my new purchase . I am 70 years old and never in my life has buying a car been this smooth and stress free . Yes I will be back if I ever need another car . thank you Bayrid Dodge of West Plains Missouri .

Staff was great!

Mark was very helpful as a salesman! Would recommend him over and over again! The whole process was over all pretty easy. All the staff were helpful and kind. We knew what we wanted when we walked in the door and how much we wanted to spend and they made it happen! Colin was very helpful filling out the paper work and knowledgeable!

Dylan was amazing
