My salesman, Josh Hickman, took a lot of time with explaining the operation of the vehicle. The finance department was also very helpful in the purchase of the vehicle.

Adam Crowe was amazing. I hate buying vehicles cause I dislike them line of crap they tell you and never up front. Adam was far from this, he was straight forward and worked to get what I wanted. And I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend Adam!! Will definitely be sending my family and friends to him

Had to travel to get my truck. Nick done all I asked and made transition easy. On the day of pick up was in and out quick. Great job.

We purchased 2024 Equinox RS in February 2024 our salesman Justin was great. We traded in our 2018 Chevrolet pickup. We have owned 2 Equinox before and like the vehicle. On August 1st our OnStar module went out ..we took into service dept. right away. We were told that part needed to be ordered and the service dept would call us. We didn't hear anything and my husband went to the service dept...some lady in service dept could find anything about a part being ordered and basically didn't care. I called GM and made a complaint. Here it is August 30th ...29 days without OnStar not working. We are paying monthly $36 for OnStar. GM called us today for update...they made contact with dealership service dept and part is on its way. We were told by GM to contact service manager. We intend to do that after labor day weekend. We are so disappointed with the service department. Thank you.
