The sales staff is top notch. That being said, if I were the sales manager and it was 8 pm at night and I had 4 customers who had purchased vehicles from my dealership and were still sitting and waiting since before 5 pm I would at least address the issue. I never once seen the sales manager, and had I known that I was going to be sitting for four hours probably would have taken my business elsewhere.
