The Group is a family owned business founded by the late Jim Kelley in August 1952 the same day his son Tom Kelley was born. They all were extremely friendly and best at there jobs

They all were extremely friendly and best at there jobs the only thing I didn't notice til the end I was upset that my car I traded in was extremely nice shape and was worth 9000thousand to 9500 I've been offered before and I don't think they was fair enough to me on my trade in that's all cause other dealerships offered me that .

Made me pay for a $1000 package where on my past purchase

Made me pay for a $1000 package where on my past purchase was an option. I was not even made aware of this until closing the deal of our purchase of a 2026 Traverse. This was NOT communicated to me during our previous meetings. VERY disappointed! Unless circumstances change, we probably will seek elsewhere on our next purchase. We even paid cash for this vehicle! As a GM employee, I never thought Kelley would deceive me.

The service center performed at an excellent level, kept

The service center performed at an excellent level, kept me well informed and took care of my check engine light problem which was just the battery needing a full charge. Good to deal with and very pleasant. Thank you!!!!

Poor communication with customer.

Poor communication with customer. No sense of urgency, told multiple times my truck would be done tomorrow. After hearing nothing I would call to inquire on the status only to be told it would be few more days. Acted like they didn't want to work on it. Not my first bad experience with this location. Only reason I went back was out of convenience. There was nothing convenient about my experience. I will take my vehicle to another dealership in the future. Sorry, not sorry. Do better!

I had an oil change appointment whe I called I told them

I had an oil change appointment whe I called I told them I wanted to go to Decatur when I got there they had no record of it so I had to come back in about an hour and half to be worked in this is ridiculous the last time I was in for an oil change I was there for 3 hours no one ever came and told if there was a problem or sorry we got backed up this service does make me happy to be a repeat customer when your service department is unacceptable to me
