    Took my car in on the 4th of June for maintenance, notice a bulge in my tire. They rotated my tires but never changed out my tire. If it wasn’t for my... husband noticing a oil leak because the cap wasn’t tightened down... took it in and of course never a extra vehicle for me to use but I can wait in hour for a shuttle! Paying all this money for sad service

    I wasn't going to write a review until I received in the mail today, an advertisement for " Free check engine" 27 days after I paid $99.00 for check... engine light inspection along with getting a tune up and Fuel system service - THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR. I WAS SCREWED!!!!! as long as I own my Matrix it WILL NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE AGAIN!

    I found the car I wanted at a great price online at this dealership. I worked with Jennifer in Internet Sales and Dan Toner in the sales department. ... They were both great. Helpful, honest and very responsive. I asked for additional pictures of the car and received detailed pictures including minor dings almost immediately. The dealership was 3 hours away and when I got there the car was exactly as described. There were no scams, pressure, or secret costs added on. The transaction went quickly and I was on my home in my car within 90 minutes of arriving. Exceptional experience. Would definitely recommend the dealer and Dan Toner.

    Multiple vehicles were listed for a price that was $3500 less than the lowest price they were willing to honor. They stayed it was a mistake, but remained... unchanged on their site for an extended period of time. Feels like a deceitful tactic to get people in the door.

    I was at First Team Toyota Chesapeake today(March 26, 2018) to have my Toyota Tacoma serviced, but unfortunately the guest relations employee (Ms Sherri... Woody) had an attitude to the point were she was rude...not sure if she was having a bad day, but even if that was the case customers should always be treated with courtesy and dignity. She definitely lacked courtesy and had no respect when responding to questions pertaining to the requested service. After receiving her lack of attention service I opted to not drop off my vehicle for repairs and decided to come the following day to deal with a service rep that has the desire to serve customers. With employees like her it is hard to recommend First Team to anyone or to even consider purchasing a vehicle at this location. Recommend she be given training in customer relations services. I will return to First Team, but only because I know there is an employee that has been courteous with me in the past...it's the only reason I will return. An employee can have a tremendous influence with customers, but apparently she is unaware of the importance of being courteous and the effect this can have on a business.

    We were searching for a used Camry with low mileage, but unable to find one at this time. What I can say are great things about First Team in Chesapeake,... VA. We bought our 2012 Corolla used from them and had a great experience. Nice facility and great staff. The sales rep even knocked $300 off the sticker price even without us asking him to. We have been totally satisfied with the Corolla and hope we can find a used Camry just as good.

    I went in to buy my car. I had already seen the car that I wanted on line. My salesman was named Clarence Johnson, He was very helpful and knowledgeable... about the car. He was very professional . I have already referred many of my family and friends to him. He is a great asset to the company. Now after I got the car and had to go back for my first oil change it was terrible. The customer service form the service department I would rate as less the 0. When I walked in no one said Good Morning, may I help you or anything . I had to find someone to help me and then when my car was finished I had to go in the bay and drive my car out myself. I think that the employees that work in the service department need a refresher course in customer service 101.

    My wife and I had a 1 pm appointment at First Team Toyota. The salesperson Scott Gallagher, was in front of dealership waiting for us. He was very personable... and not high pressure(which I appreciated). The car was made ready for test drive and afterward we began discussion on availability and price. The negotiation on price went very smoothly since we had been quoted at price from web site sales representative. We agreed on a price and closed the deal. I sent my wife home with our current car(no trade in) and I waited for Toyota Corolla 2013 to be serviced for me to drive home. All financial aspects of sale went smoothly( since no trade in and paying cash) I was very satisfied that I was able to purchase a new car and drive it home in around 4 hours.
