Buyer beware unless you don’t mind poor service and not

Buyer beware unless you don’t mind poor service and not receiving return calls. Worst customer service in all my years! I seriously regret purchasing my new car there. Should have stuck with my tried and true. This place isn’t it. No problem with the technician. It’s the scheduler and performing wrong service 2x back to back. Only visited 2x.

First Team Toyota is the company you keep—for life.

First Team Toyota is the company you keep—for life. No, they’re not intrusive. They just care. Our sales associate, Oscar Smalls, has experience in, and strong knowledge of, various aspects of the automotive industry. That's why we think he's top-notch! . Oscar didn’t know he was going to have a big challenge recently with customers unused to the innovative technology in today's cars. Why? Because he approaches every customer and every related situation with his refreshingly big smile, enthusiasm, and great expertise. He likes his job. In turn, we feel as if we’re with a sales associate who really knows cars, loves interacting with people, and is dedicated to excellent customer service. Thanks to Oscar, we were quickly able to choose the Camry of our dreams. We bought a Camry SE! Then he patiently answered our questions about the car's distinctive features and Apple CarPlay apps, for example, after doing setup. He also said we could call or text him anytime (which we've tested). Oscar Smalls delivers. He’s GREAT!

Monte Sanford was a tremendous help to me by explaining

Monte Sanford was a tremendous help to me by explaining and demonstrating how to unlock the "kiddie lock" feature on the rear passenger doors of my 2018 Toyota Corolla. I was ready to drop the car off for "Early Bird" service and be without my vehicle for several days...he came out and showed me how to solve the problem and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!! That is great teamwork between sales and service! Thank you Monte!!!

If l could give a lower rating l would.

If l could give a lower rating l would. It took a day and a half to diagnose a problem after l told them what the issue was at drop off. They gave a $3400 estimate to replace the torque converter. This issue should fall under the life time drive train warranty. They submitted the claim and a week later and still haven’t heard a peep from the service department. Took the truck home and changed the transmission fluid which by the way they claim is life time transmission fluid. Fixed the problem for 70 bucks. Definitely won’t be purchasing anymore vehicles from first team just based on the service department.

The interaction with the manager, Shlomo, during our car

The interaction with the manager, Shlomo, during our car purchase was not as positive as we had hoped. Despite being close to finalizing the deal, there was a sudden change in negotiation terms when he joined the discussion.

Outstanding service!

Outstanding service! David Reese provided the best service I have ever experienced. I would consider him as a valuable asset for First Team Toyota. He truly knows how to treat a customer so they will want to keep coming back.

The dealership was good and helped me get into my car.

The dealership was good and helped me get into my car. What I do not care for is the FORCED services when you try to use the free oil change for life program! It is ridiculous to pay a minimum of $55 to have a cabin air filter changed in a car. The filter may cost at most $20 and take all of 5 minutes on the outside to install! Does that mean the techs are making $420/hour? Very much taking advantage of what could be a good thing and keep customer loyalty.
