Rip off Dealer.

Rip off Dealer. Filed a complaint with the BBB. No response from the rip off dealer. Dodge service Dept is the worst from the service writer that is stuck in the Woodstock area too the service manager that is a full flat out lier to the tech that said I need a $4500,00 exhaust. What a disgrace. Took it to a local shop in michigan and they found and fixed a broken ground wire for the computer. Truck is fixed and it was only $212,00. Not 4500.00 plus labor. Still no response from the owner of Don Franklin or Woodstock.

Cleared check engine codes off of a used car that was...

Cleared check engine codes off of a used car that was purchased. When I bought it there were zero check engine codes. The next day there are multiple check engine trouble codes. They had zero interest in fixing it either.

By far, my best auto buying experience

Amazing customer service. I worked with Brandy on the phone and online, and Kayla when I arrived. We had negotiated a great price on the new vehicle O selected, as well as my trade prior to my arrival. Financing was completed as well. I arrived and was done and out the door in under 30 minutes. This dealership and its staff far exceeded any vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced or imagined. I have already referred a friend to the dealership, and will purchase my next vehicle here. Great people. I don’t see how you could go wrong here.

They don’t care about you

Once they have your money they couldn’t care less about you. They act like a family when they’re trying to reel you in. Shame people are like this

Great Experience!

The car I wanted was not available locally so I purchased it from Don Franklin and had it transported to Texas. Chris and Joni and the others I dealt with were friendly, responsive, reliable, and fair. They made the purchase easy and worked with me on my special circumstances. They did everything they said they would when they said they would do it and made the experience as stress free as possible. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.

2002 chevy van transmission out.

Bought 2002 chevy express van from them in fall 2017 had only 8 months and the transmission blown out at only 80,000 miles.Don franklin will not stand behind what they sell cost of repair 3,000.00 l have not even made that much in payments yet to buy the van.Very unhappy got stuck with a lemon Service dept is good friendly as well as sales my issue is standing behind what you sell and making things right this is the first vehicle l bought from Don franklin most likely will not buy from again.

Advice: Adjust your approach and CRM so you don't waste customers time and yours and hopefully sell more cars cust satisfaction with your business.

Get One While You Can

The only reason this review is 4 stars out of 5 is because I'm actually still in the midst of the buying process. THREE TIMES now, I've found a car I've really wanted to explore purchasing further, only to hear it was sold at another dealership before I could get to the lot - in one case I found this out AFTER getting there.

Repair of dodge 3500 van

Bad repair work at this service center.Had this van over two months for engine computer repair and third time on repair of front and rear blowers for ac/heat still not repaired properly also now has more electrical problems than before work was done.took back to shop may 5th still sitting in same spot as of may 7th no attempt has been made to correct issues as of this time.This is a rv van now electrical in rv part is in a complete mess.Was told that they only worked on the systems to fix fan blowers but l had to replace fuses and generator or electric hookup will not run rv part correctly since it was worked on. All of this functioned properly before.I. would avoid this service center unless it is a simple repair

WOULD DRIVE 4 HOURS AGAIN TO BUY HERE

I had been looking for a vehicle for 3 or 4 months. I told the salesman up front what I needed and expected from him. Jesse Tucker did everything I asked. I drove 4 hours to get there and did not want this to be an all day thing and it wasn't. We bought a Suburban and we have been so pleased with our purchase. We were there a little longer than planned because of me trying to decide what warranty I wanted. They were not like the average dealership. We will be back again. We appreciated the whole team.
