Poor quality of work!!

My experience was awful😞! They had my 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 for four months working on it. Then when they did tell me to come pick it up, it was not fixed like it should have been. They painted my truck grey and my truck is silver!! They redid my exhaust and didn't weld the hangers on right so when I'm sitting at idle all you hear is the clanging of my exhaust pipes!! The weld job they did to the bed of my truck looks like a kid did it too!!

Great Customer Service

We have had a great experience every time we go to Jim Johnson Nissan. As a family we have bought 8 vehicles there in the last five years. Two used. Our salesperson Jeff Mouser was outstanding. Go see Joe Cordova at Jim Johnson

Our salesperson was Joe Cordova. He helped us get the best car for the best price. Our daughter bought her car from Joe as well. She wrecked her Elantra after making just 1 payment. Joe handled everything and helped her get another car in just a few days. We’ve bought our last few cars from Joe. We not only call him our favorite salesman, we also call him our friend. Go see Joe and tell him the Minton’s sent you! He always goes above and beyond!

Joe Cordova’s done it again. Love my Elantra.

I can’t say enough about Jim Johnson auto dealership. I recently purchased another car from them. The main reason I keep going back to buy my cars is because of their professional staff. Ive worked with Joe Cordova multiple times. He is one of the nicest guy I’ve met. It’s difficult for me to get out and about. I’ll contact Mr. Cordova and ask for help. He never hesitates. Joe helps me out choosing the car that is right for me. He cares about his customer’s safety and happiness. Yes I purchase my cars from Jim Johnson’s because I like their cars. The main reason I keep returning is because of Joe Cordova’s professionalism and kindness. You can’t find anyone else that’s better. I love my Elantra!! Thanks again Joe Cordova you’re the best!

GREAT experience!!

This was my husband and I's first experience buying a new car. We had been warned about how awful dealerships can be, so we came prepared for a tough experience. But our experience at this dealership was NOT that at all! We were in and out in about an hour and a half. They gave us a great trade in credit. They were up front and honest about everything and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges like we heard some places do. Everyone was so nice to us and answered all of our questions. I have already recommended this dealership to others! Our experience was amazing, and when we are ready to trade our other vehicle in, we will most likely be back here.

Lie about cars available

They had a vehicle I was interested in on their website. I asked about it the same day it came in. They refused to give me any information on the vehicle and then said they were sending it to auction. They're done this to me several times. DON'T SHOP FOR A USED CAR THEIR, THEY'RE LIARS!

The vehicle was deemed to be unsafe by our service department, and was therefore sent to auction instead of being retailed to a consumer... which is the right thing to do. Thanks for the feedback, and have a great day!!

Shopping for a used nissan

We called the dealership while in Nashville shopping for a car. The salesman pitched a car that had just came in. We drove to the dealership to see the car. When we arrived the car was setting up front. The car hadn’t been cleaned. And several places on the car needed painting. We told the salesman that we were looking for something nicer and he turned walked off and told us to have a nice day as he was walking away. I wouldn’t buy a car from him if they were giving them away
