    We had an excellent experience at Jim Johnson Nissan Dealership Jeff Mouser is an outstanding salesman. He is personable, honest, non-pushy, helpful... and most of all very knowledgeable.

    I went in to see about a used car. The person I went in to see, we dealt with before. He is an awesome guy. Our experience was great. Everyone is friendly.... The finiancial dept was very helpful. Overall I'd recommend anyone looking for a new car or a used one to go see them.

    Steve Mink is the man to see if you are interested in a Hyundai vehicle!!! We showed up on the lot, looked around for a minute(literally) and he came out... to see if we needed any assistance. He was not overbearing, pushy or aggressive. He listened to our needs and wants and helped us to find the vehicle that best suited our needs. Steve had an answer for every question we had and even quoted ratings and statistics for the vehicle without having a cheat sheet. Our experience inside the facility was amazing as well. When we first walked through the door we were greeted by another associate. Steve asked if we would like anything to drink or a snack. I was amazed at the lengths Hyundai goes to satisfy even a potential customer. If you visit Jim Johnson Hyundai, you will be treated like a guest of honor not as a "customer" or "work". After our purchase Steve helped us to pair our phones to the vehicle's bluetooth system, made sure we had a full tank of gas, the vehicle was clean inside and out, and went over every feature in depth to familiarize us with our vehicle. I'd say Jim Johnson made two very well pleased customers in my wife and myself. When I'm in the market for a new vehicle I will definately return to Jim Johnson and ask for Steve Mink!

    "Whatever it takes!" I have traded 6 vehicles at Jim Johnson. I have never been so disappointed! I had taken in my Nissan Altima coup for an oil change,... and bought a brand new Hyundai Genesis coup. I had a sun roof put in. It leaked, so I took it in. I was told "I'll get back to you when we can get it in!" It's been months... 7 months! I also wanted to have the USB checked out. It does not play or charge my phone. I went in for an oil change... was told to come back or make an appointment (which I never had to do on the Nissan side)! I've been a VERY loyal customer... it's a shame... I'm going to consider trading some where else!!! SMH!

    We bought a 2017 Santa Fe in June. Steve Mink was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe and didn't... pressure us for a quick sale. He spent the time answering our questions and finding us the color we wanted with the extras in which we were interested. This was the most pleasant experience we have had in purchasing a vehicle. We love our Santa Fe and will definitely visit Jim Johnson and Steve Mink the next time we are looking to buy. No pressure, no stories, just great service!!

    this is my first brand new car for the first time and i was so happy. how easy it made it happen i recomend everyone to buy a car from jim johnson hunday... they are the best and dont forget to ask for my friend john diaz hes the new sales man hes great doing his job. thanks again ¿

    Really enjoy the cube that I got there five years ago..I am still driving it..have searched every where for a used one to add to the family. They stopped... selling them in the USA.. They were made overseas for 10yrs before they brought them here.. I can't find a used one that has what I have on mine.. But I have been keeping up with the cube online and I found out that the cube is coming back to the us to some dealers.. I hope that one will come here. I have the works on the one that I drive now, keyless entry, push button starting, steel wheels, Bluetooth,. Back up camera, can't find a used one anywhere that has that, I hope that the new ones have all of this.. Can't wait until I see all of the options...

    WE HAVE HAD OUR ROGUE FOR ONE YEAR THIS MONTH. WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE. ERIC WAS OUR SALESMAN AND DID AN EXCELLANT JOB OF GUIDING... US THROUGH THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE AND HOW THEY WOULD AFFECT OUR DRIVING EXPERIENCE. WE LIVE SEVERAL HOURS AWAY AND ERIC HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL WITH ANSWERING QUESTIONS ON THE PHONE OR LINKING US TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR ANSWERS.

    Steve Mink is a very personable salesman. I stopped to drive a Sonata as its looks appealed to me. We asked for Steve as his on line reviews were great.We... were pressed for time but just enough time for a test ride. After the drive we decided to purchase one in another color and with remote start. There wasn't one in their inventory but they promised to have one the next day we could come to Bowling green as we live an hour away. So we agreed on a haggle free price that was acceptable and we bought it on a handshake as we were going to be late for a Dr's appointment. Two days later we picked up our car without any purchase hassle. it was a pleasure to work with a consummate professional as he pointed out a very small nick on the edge of the trunk lid and said that wasn't acceptable. He immediately set up an appointment and loaner to enable r the paint work and all went well. Great Dealership. Honest and sincere salesman. Larry Riordan
