From the moment we arrived they were very helpful. We felt very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We previously had bad experiences at dealerships but everything about this purchase felt right and we left satisfied and happy with the perfect car for our needs and for a decent price. Everyone involved in the sale was very likable and friendly and made us feel at ease about such a big investment. We plan to go back in the future whenever it is that we need a new car.

Cynthia Dickinson is very dishonest employee. The tint on my vehicle was scratched while in for a recall. She paid a shop to have it replaced, however, I was left with paying a portion of the cost and then she denied payment to the tint shop. In the end I’m left to pay for the scratched tint and am out of pocket $550. I am extremely disappointed with her and North Bay Ford for not taking care of their customers. I will NEVER return to this shop. I will now deal with Salinas Ford.
