Positive, professional and quality at Fletcher.

Today was a great experience with the help of Alex Cupp at Fletcher we purchased a new 2023 Elantra Hyundai. Alex patiently explained details, arranged a test drive, helped us get a good deal, and was very skilled and professional. We are happy with the purchase and so is our daughter who will be driving. Thank you, Alex.

Awesome!

Bought a 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness. The staff was great, the salesman Daniel Vang knew everything about the car and was very eager to earn my business and trust. I highly recommend him he is very personable and won't give you any BS.

Allen Conway is awesome

Fake leather

On my last review they said they don’t install leather and that’s true they just take $1200 dollars for it and tell you have to take it up with the installer and they tell you to take it up with the dealer which turns into a vicious circle I have a we owe you by the dealership for leather not vinyl HELP

Great place!!!

I called about a Jeep, and they told me they were ready to make a deal on it. They went above and beyond to make sure I got to leave in the vehicle I wanted!! I definitely recommend them!

Excellent Service

I can never say enough good things, regarding your Jeep dealership: although I purchased the Jeep nearly 3 months ago, Dustin Newsum ((the salesman) still assisted in arranging the service, without the slightest hint of being too busy to do so. Dustin always offers to help in any way he can. The service department was awesome: Jimmy High-the service advisor-contacted me after a while, to inform me that the job might not be finished when originally expected and arranged a vehicle for me to use as long as needed. Then Scott Mundan sp. (the mechanic) called me to inform me of the difficulties he thought might come up and why; however, Scott still remained positive, and requested that I call back around 5 pm to see if he was able to complete the job by closing time. Everybody worked very well as a team, and kept me in the loop with respect to communication. I have never had such a good service experience, anywhere else. No other dealership, has ever put forth so much effort, to ensure that I new what was going on, and then actually work so hard to complete the job. The best salesman, mechanic and service advisor I have ever met. If Mr. Fletcher hires people most like himself. He must be one heck of a good man, and a great person to work for.
