Talk with them on the cars.com site. Asked if they still had car in stock and on lot? I was told yes and would be there in about a hour to hour and 1/2.... Drove a little over a hour to get there got there in about 1hour 45 mins. Told salesman we came up to look at car. salesman couldn't find it went in side came out about 20 minutes later. Asked if we wanted to take a ride with him to go pick up car, bookkeeper has it at home should only take about 30 minutes if I can get her up and going shes 80. So why wasn't car picked up before we got there?

While traveling from Nashville to Michigan we experienced a problem with our 2007 Denali. Your dealership went the extra mile to take care of us. They... worked us in to get us fixed up and back on the road. All of the people involved were very professional and courteous. I emailed internet sales about a vehicle they had for sale and they got back to me as soon as the dealership opened. Ashlee took care of all the necessary... info and then directed me to Dustin the sales rep, I don't think I was at the dealership any more than an hour, that's including the test drive and I walked out with my vehicle. Great dealership!!
