Was talked into buy what I didn’t want i could t ready

Was talked into buy what I didn’t want i could t ready know what I had paid was scammed about 18000 before I could drive off the lot my wipers even work took weeks to get this gì ed alsi the Sun roof leakef it would flood the car they Kent it 3 weeks and it still leaks my payment is 200 Niger than I can offord my insurance jumpef to 300 a month and i struggle to live of course they are laughing that they got me wishef i Read this bergère going in beware!!!!

This was one of their events where an outside sales

This was one of their events where an outside sales team comes in to do the inventory, but it's still hosted by Royal Oaks so I hold them responsible. I have never seen anything so shady in my entire life, and I have purchased multiple vehicles across the nation, with good credit and bad credit, and never have I felt so slimy as I felt when I was approached with the underhanded tactics here. I had no issue with the saleswoman. My primary issue is with the alpha male sleazeball that managed them, Tony. This facade of a steroidal nightmare proceeded to lie to the loan company about what options the car he sold me had, and swore he instructed me to do the same. He also used aggressive scare tactics to attempt to keep me from going elsewhere (at the time, unfortunately it worked) and ruined what credit I do have running it at multiple banks. Well, when the loan company called me to verify, I told them the truth, that it had none of the options they had been told. Of course, I get multiple calls from Royal Oaks demanding I return to the dealership. Now, Phony Baloney Tony shows his true colors. He's calling me names, telling me he's unwinding the deal and I can leave the keys on his desk. I'm glad I didn't give them the down payment yet because I guarantee they would have disappeared with it. They proceed to kick me out of the dealership and leave me to get a ride in the pouring rain. I can't say with certainty that Royal Oaks' native sales team is this awful, but I will never do business there and I will tell everyone I meet what happened.

These people are crooks thieves they will lie to you.

These people are crooks thieves they will lie to you. They will switch out the paperwork at the last minute, and they will not fix it. If you buy here you will get scammed avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other dealerships.

I brought a 2021 blazer year ago the salesman was so

I brought a 2021 blazer year ago the salesman was so dishonest the dealership did not stand up and make on right knowing there was supposed to been and extra key made and new tires put on I called all the way to the manner due to the sales man did not put it on paper they wouldnt honor it bit the sales manager was sitting at the table when deal was made heard its all the officer manager went thru ther bank with interest like 8 when we had it approved theu ours for 5 very dishonest which is really bad I've brught3newcars from them in15 years plus truck and. Now this one after this one I will never buy anther and have already stirred 5 people fr buying trucks there and WILL cont just because tires nd key which should not ask for a 2 key it shut been there and tires shouldn't had cuts in them

Terrible service ?

Absolutely the worst place to take your car for service. I spent eight hours waiting on mine one time and they’ve had my car 10 days and I still haven’t gotten it back this time.

Crooks

Me and my nephew stopped and before I really knew what was happening they had me buying two vehicles and I'm on disability and can't afford them and I told them this and they kept saying don't worry about it They have pretty much destroyed my life And now I'm in very very bad financial shape and I feel my life is over

just how long does it take to change the oil and f

went in for a oil & filter change had an appointment for 07.30 there b/4 the open by 5 min. took ( 2 ) hours to change the oil and filter. still cost over 160.00 on our 2018 vett. not complain about the price but the time it took. that is to long!

Buyers Beware of this Place

This place defines the definition of crooked car salesman. Their used cars are junk, they lie through their teeth and are very dishonest, and they have their stock marked up at least $10,000-$15,000 more than the surrounding car dealerships. Please do not do what I done stay away from this place buyers beware.

Scammers

Was scammed out of our truck. They pressured us into a newer truck with a payment we couldn’t afford. And was overpriced about 20k. We tried to get them to cancel the contract. But oh no you signed you have it. So we are in process of bankruptcy and letting the truck go back. So they basically stole our truck which was worth 10k.
