Royal Oaks contacted me because of my ad on several car sales web services. They asked for photos and VIN. They then texted me and said the General Sales... Manager said my car was worth at LEAST $13K. I made the 2 hr. drive to transact the deal. When I arrived, they started telling me that the my car didn't have this option and that option so it was only worth 10,500. They were rude, gave me the run-around and I returned home with 350 more miles on my car. Don't fall for their scam.

Very disappointed in the sales managers attitude. He was condescending , rude and pushy. I will never consider this dealership for any future business.... I will also share my experience with anyone I hear of shopping for a new vehicle.

Kayla from the Internet Sales has been very helpful. She has asked all the questions to help find some vehicles i may be interested in. I appreciate the... help as there are so many dealers, big & small, when shopping for a good reliable used vehicle. I plan to buy a good used car now and then in 2 years, i will be shopping for a new car. I would like to buy both from the same dealership if everything is a good experience. I was very disappointed with their service departments knowledge of diagnosing my problem. Because of their misdiagnosis my extended warranty wouldn’t... pay a majority of the claim. The service department charged me for items I don’t believe were my responsibility. Being from out of state and stranded, I really feel they took advantage of my situation.I wouldn’t recommend them what so ever.

Just regular service was done yesterday 4/29/19 Very friendly. Service department got me in on a very busy day. That’s important to me as I run a business... in my pickup. Great place.
Your refusal to allow customers to communicate directly with the service technicians makes for poor communications on both sides. This has happened on... several occasions and adversely affects the quality of your service. It's not the fault of your personnel; it's due solely to this dumb rule you have.
My 6 year old Crapillac SUX with 64,xxx miles on it is a piece of ��. It’s been in the shop for hub bearings, sunroof drains, fogged backup camera and... condensation of the headlight assembly which causes the lamps to blow out. The service department at Royal Jokes is a blow. There’s no shocker as to their low rating. They want $2600 to fix the camera and headlight assembly. GM has “kindly” offered a pittance of assistance down to $1800. My floorboards in both front sides are waterlogged and causing mold to form under the floor mats. They already “fixed” (and I use the term loosely) the drains a year ago. They had the car 2.5 hours Saturday and didn’t even wet Vac the carpets out. With the cold weather, condensation forms on my windowshield which essentially turns my car into an Amazon rain forest every morning. I must lay bath towels across the dash to keep water droplets from falling into my electronics and ventilation. I still have four years to pay on this xxxxx. They’ve killed my battery detailing my car last year causing me to buy a new battery at $200. The gen mgr must be really proud of his dealership. Sadly, the GM flagship car is reflective of what’s wrong with this company and it’s not surprising why they’re closing plants. I feel sorry for the employees that are losing their jobs over the horrible management of their plants and dealerships.
I can say nothing but good things about the sales department the best place to buy a car from. The service department needs some work. They told me that... it was fine that I brought in my vehicle and got recalls and some warranty work done. I told them before that I was 20 and they said it would be fine they would take care of it. Well when I get there they take me to get a vehicle and then they wouldn’t let me get it because I was 20 well after they had already told me that I could. Then I had to sit there and mess with them for 30 mins about just putting my head rest in that they wouldn’t do. So finally I they have a guy come do that. The worst service place I have been to. If I couldn’t get a vehicle then tell me so I wouldn’t drive an hour to do it. It was the worst service I had received. Then the time before I had a leveling kit out on and asked them to align it and when they put it on the alignment rack they said it was so far out of line that I shouldn’t be driving it so then I took it to my dealership at home and it was aligned just right. So they need to fix their stuff. It’s awful. I can say nothing but good things about the sales department. But the service department I have different thoughts on. It was awful. I won’t be back to that service department. The sales department will always be one of my choices when buying a vehicle.
